• Mod, why haven't you worked on either of your fanfics nor done your Yuletide nomination yet? It's October and registration isn't even open for that thing you've been freaking out about. Stop slacking. Speaking of, placeblocks nominated Guude, Bdubs, Kurt, and Beef. I'm planning to nom MC, Nebs, Zisteau, and Pause in light of that; feel free to fill in extra blanks accordingly if you are participating.
  
• If you were to write an fannish/ship-friendly (though not necessarily ship-emphasizing) introduction to Mindcrack, what would you say? What videos would you link? How would you explain the appeal of these guys, their video content, and their chemistry?
  
• Kurt says "Damnit, @zisteau, now look at what you made me purchase!" while talking fancy coffee. Genny attempts (succeeds, perhaps?) at upstaging them both. And the mod still prefers old-school cheapsake moka pots, because her partner is Cuban and they buy kitchen-y things from thrift stores.
  
• Speaking of Zisteau on twitter, I may or may not have teared up when I found out that creepers griefed the Lens. SO AWFUL.
  
• Supposed the trial is coming out today. OOOOOOOH. Watch it come out while I'm commuting, though. :(
  
• The spontaneous fight after the Wither is like...the most ridiculously terratorial thing I've seen in a while in a good way. It's like all of the frustration from UHC/Death Games bundled into chaos and it's kind of amazing. Also, something about proud Nebris asking for advice from Pause to kill Etho gives me some very, very strange feels.

• COBBLE HATERS IS BACK LET ME SOB IN JOY. Even if Pakratt is incapable of proper rendering and put it up a day early. It's not overtly shippy - they'll never be OOG or whatever - but they know each other SO WELL and gel so nicely and eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. *squishes them*
  
• Speaking of MC co-op, ORAAAAAAANGE WOOOOOOOOOOOL! This "previously on" thing is BRILLIANT. <3 OH MY GOD THEY USED TANGERINE CASHMERE FOR THE INTRO OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Is my flair showing? MC took his shoes off to be in Woolopolis (NO SHOES)! They are flinging references at each other constantly and it's wonderful. ...and I am so going to experiment with multi-track audio and make an awesome a capella Orange Wool intro. On top of everything else you want to do? Quiet, you. Also that discussion where Millbee exaggerated so MC would sound "so intimidating" and Millbee himself would sound "so fragile" was very...very strange. In an awesome way. There's a lot of, uh, interesting sounds this episode as well >.>
  
• Genny confirms that the trial will come out while I'm commuting. Guess I know what I'm doing while digging into a mountain when I get home, I guess? What POV do you think I should watch first?

So, the first part of The Trial is up and it is everything I had hoped it would be and more. (And my heart-on for Beef just grows!) Lots of great moments already and more to come, I suspect. Any thoughts?
