'Hell, why two people, why'd they have to leave, damn this place!' He thought to himself staring at the spot Nebris and MC had been moments before.
"ZZzzz..... how interesting, two of your numbers seem to have made a fatal mistake, did they think I was bluffing? Silly people, though because of them you have an opportunity.... To either stay on your hopeless path or get transported to the end of this maze, its your choice of course....zzzZZ" The voice cut out leaving them in shock.
"We can't just abandon them can we?" Etho asked a look of pure dismay in his eyes.
"No ones getting a proper burial in this crazy place, plus there are no bodies." Stated Zisteau "I'm sorry their dead but its the brutal reality" he amended seeing the look of shock in Etho's eyes as he said it, his apology sounding sincere.
"Well personally I think they would want us to go on and tell the others the news of their death." Aureylain said a hint of despair in her voice.
"As much as I hate it, I think your right." Said Zisteau giving her a glare to prove his point.
"I guess we could do it for Guude, Nebris, and MC, who didn't deserve their deaths!" Vechs shouted, pumping his fist in the air in a fruitless attempt to get the others spirits up, if not his own.
"ZZzzz..... I see you have made a decision to go forward the right one it seems.....zzzZZ" The voice said the scene changing before their very eyes. "ZZzzz..... I hope you like puzzles.....zzzZZ"
"Puzzles well this should be easy!" Said Zisteau gesturing to the group in general, his hand not really indicating Aureylain.
"Hmph!" Aureylain grunted glaring back at Zisteau.
"Come on guys, we just need to get through these and you can go your separate ways." Etho told them grabbing their hands and dragging them into the pristine room, with Vechs following, giggling at their reactions.
"What has a bank with no money?" Read the first riddle. Easy Vechs thought a river, pushing the button it teleported them to the next one. With relative ease they made their way through the puzzles, not stopping to check where they were going their consintrasion focused on the task at hand. Laughing to himself Vechs clicked the last button. The group being teleported to a small bridge over lava on the other side a sign.
"ZZzzz..... take a rest here when you wake I shall inform you of your task.....zzzZZ" the voice instructed. Seeing beds, Vechs and the others walked to them realizing how tired they really were, colapsed onto them falling asleep instantly.
Yay no death! Spellchecker is annoying!!
