“Ohmygod.” I now had hoofs for hands. “Get me a mirror!” A lite pink mirror suddenly appeared, and floated at eye level. I was now a alicorn, which is a unicorn with wings. I saw that Vechs mouth move, so I jumped in on their talk.
So Aurey can turn into a alicorn. Vechs said.
WHAT!
She can also do magic.
WHAT!
Vechs, you get you and Aureylain out here, right now! Guude yelled.
Do you think its time to tell her about him? I heard Zisteau ask.
I think she’s ready. Vechs replied.
What’s his name, again? asked Zisteau. Something starting with a V?
His name is Void. Guude and Vechs said.
I passed out.
The next thing, I knew, is Vechs shaking me awake.
“Aurey? Aurey?” he whispered.
“Huh?” I replied.
“I know you were listening to us talk,” Guude said. “ and according to Vechs, you passed out when you heard the name ‘Void’. Why was that? Do you know him?”
I laughed weakly. “Ya, I know him. He’s my ex-boyfriend.”
Vechs
“WHAT!” I yelled.
“AUREYLAIN!” Guude yelled.
“Sorry, sorry.” Aurey hid near the pillows.
“Hey, guys! Calm down. This could help us.” Zisteau said. “She must know his secrets, right?”
“No, not really. But why do you guys hate him? I mean, he’s not a killer, right?”
“I’ll explain.” I said. “Three months ago, a note appeared saying he would take us one by one, if we didn’t give him what he wanted in three months. No one’s been taken, yet.”
“Starting tomorrow, everything’s on lockdown. At least, until we fix this.” Guude added.
“I broke up with him 3 months ago.” she whispered. “What did he want?”
“Hair of bat, scale of dragon, drop of pigman blood, alicorn tail hair, and a drop of pure light.” Zisteau said. “No one has ever seen him. But you.”
“What does he look like?” Guude asked.
“He has black hair, and bright green eyes. He also hates his brother, who I never met. He always said that he would get his revenge one day.” She looked at me “He looks a lot like you. Huh, funny. Hey I have a picture of him. Ugg, I need to burn that.” She snapped her finger and a picture of a me, but taller, appeared.
“That’s my brother.” I said bluntly.
