mindcracklove | Prompt Swap - The Redstone Factory

So I received my good friend in the Prompt Swap this time, Salt. This is my (not even on time anymore) second chapter of one of the prompts listed.

"4. Charlie and the Chocolate factory, Mindcrack version."

So, here we go!

The group walked down a hallway, passing door after door with various labels. "Nether Portal," "Smeltery Alpha," "Zisteau's Missing Cat," and "BlingTower Contracts" were some of the more memorable ones. Seth commented that whoever won the factory would not obtain those contracts, and they were free to do whatever with the room, as Seth would empty it. Eventually, Seth stopped walking, and turned around to the five prospective owners. "Welcome to the Storage." He announced, pressing a button. The wall tore out, revealing a massive room, which they all entered.

The room was easily bigger than most buildings on the server. It went down to about Y=35, and the roof was probably at about Y=150. As the contest winners wondered how they would get around the floating chest islands, Seth walked on a Pressure Plate, which handed him three stacks of Ender Pearls.

"One at a time, please." Seth commented.

As Pakratt stepped under the Ender Pearl shower, Doc wondered out loud how Seth had obtained so many Ender Pearls.

"There's a section for that." Seth replied. He explained to everyone that they'd have five minutes of spectator time before meeting back up by the main entrance to exit. He then aimed for a block of blue clay above some chests, nailing the landing by the respective chests. Suddenly, however, he warped back. "Don't take anything." He commanded, before teleporting away in a cloud of purple particles.

Five minutes later, the five people at the entrance watched Doc's Ender Pearl arc through the air, slamming into Nebris and the two found themselves millimeters away from each other.

"Oh, hey there." Nebris managed to say before stepping back and laughing, triggering them all to laugh. Seth gave an awkward chuckle and then escorted them out of the room and down the hallway, interestingly enough in order of contest placement.

A few minutes later, Pakratt turned around to tell Nebris something, but found himself staring down an empty hallway. "Um, where'd Nebs go?"

The rest of them turned around, and Doc even made a couple steps down the hallway, as if that would make Nebris appear. Seth turned back and headed back down the hallway.

"We just leaving without him?" Pak asked.

"He stole something. He's no longer in the factory. He's respawned by now." Seth said in monotone.

The four remaining people looked at each other and followed Sethbling, apprehensively.
