mindcrackloveWelcome back everybody! Another songfic! Yay! This time about Team Canada!
Yesterday it rained
Watched everything wash away
It took some time to dry
Before I could feel okay...
Etho walked down the stairs of the Team Canada’s home, completely soaked in water. It is usual for them to get soaked because of the rain, since it’s a daily thing in MindCrack. He headed to the dining room to get some food, when Beef greeted him from in the room.
“Welcome back, dude.” Beef smiled. He leaned down to the dining table and pushed a piece of beef to Etho, who just sat at the farthest end of the table.
Etho didn’t answer. Beef face turned to a confused look as he approaches Etho.
“What’s wrong, Etho?” Beef asked. He noticed that Etho’s face is that of sadness and his clothes are flushed with water. Beef shook Etho’s shoulder, but Etho just shrugged it off.
“Etho, if you need something, tell me or Pause, man, don’t just stay silent like that.” Beef said with concern. It was never a moment where Etho kept his words to himself, even when they are in trouble.
“Nothing, nothing... it’s just the rain again...” Etho mumbled. Beef sighed and left the dining table. Etho grabbed the beef and took a bite of it. He then put it back on the table and walked down the walkway to their dam, which is a work in progress.
The ripple sounds of waves from the river calms him down a bit, though the foundation made a creaking sounds as he walked down it. Etho watched the sun set down within the waterfall, lest ignoring the Native that walked near him.
“What’s up, Etho?” Pause asked, startling Etho that was devoid from his own mind. “Oh, um, hey Pause, didn’t notice you there.” Etho took a deep breath. His posture was not convincing enough for Pause to believe that he was okay, but he still asked.
“Etho, what’s wrong?” Pause asked. Etho looked aside and shook his head. Pause frowned at his brother’s reply.
“Seriously, Etho, what’s wrong, bud? It’s not like i’m gonna kill you or anything.” Pause leaned down to the railing of the foundation. Etho took a deep sigh and leaned down too.
“Pause, will we not respawn?” Etho asked. Pause let out a light gasp, yet he still coped up with it. Pause then answered.
“It’s not like we will die or anything, Do we?” Pause tried to cheer Etho, up, but he let down a disfigured yawn, as if he was tired, yet he isn’t. Pause looked down and back at Etho, who looked at Pause, waiting for an answer.
“No, Etho, we wont.” Pause assured Etho about his question. Etho raised his shoulder, and let out a long sigh.
“Now C’mon, Etho, its almost night, let’s go sleep.” Pause patted Etho’s back and leaded him to the Team Canada House. Little did they know that Nebris’ summoning altar has caused all of MindCrack to be invaded by mobs, and the next night to be the Eclipse they will not be prepared for.

But climbing's not my forte...
Etho woke up sweaty, caused by his vague dream of facing the Wither, Merasmus. He steadily ran to the foundation and started building the Dam. He did not stop to get rest, and he won’t rest, he know that he need to finish this, and he will.
Beef looked at Etho from the ranch that Pause built, and asked to himself. “What on earth is Etho doing there?”. Beef let out a groan and called Pause, who is trying to fix the roof.
“Pause, you have any idea what etho is doing?”Beef asked Pause, who is scratching his head because of his apparent confusion.
“No Idea... Why don’t you ask him yourself? It makes more sense than just asking me.” Pause muttered at Beef. He does not want to check on Etho himself. The day itself was drab, with less, than some things to work on.
“Well... Fine, I’m going to find some cattle.” Beef waved to Pause. Pause waved back to Beef. Beef then put his cleaver to his back and walked down to the Lake that they discovered.
Take what you need
We can fight our enemies
But we have to hurry before
the world crumbles around us...
Piece by Piece, Wall by Wall, and Floor by Floor, Etho finishes with such fast speed, that he himself was on his back upon finishing the dam.

I don't even mind
leaving it behind us
Watch and wait and work until it all falls down...
“That is a good job that you did there, Etho.” Pause complimented him. He then lend an arm at Etho, who took it gladly. Etho then rose to his feet and smiled at Pause, who smiled at Etho.
--Few Hours later, Team Canada House.—
Today the sky fell
Clouds in disarray
I put back all the blue
Before the sun could complain
Beef woke up from the growling of many zombies, and looked around him to see none, but what made him shiver is the sky... the sky’s color wasn’t its usual deep black, but rather a mix between purple and gray. Beef gasped and scaled the hill that separated him from the Team Canada House, and what he seen is zombies trying to breach the Dam’s gate. Beef hastily chopped a tree down and crafted a wooden sword. He walked down the hill and towards the zombies that covered the gate.
Beef pulled back and charged towards the zombies, killing the horde in no time. Inside the dam tower was Pause and Etho, armed with iron armor and diamond swords.
“Beef, what is happening right now!?” Pause exclaimed.
“I don’t know, but this is off from the charts.” Beef muttered.
“Sorry guys... this is my fault for not telling you in the first place about this, i’m afraid you guys will thought that i was lying.” Etho’s head dropped down.
“You know, Etho, i’m not putting the blame on anyone, but don’t lie to us like that next time.” Beef sat down beside Etho.
“Guys... Look outside.” Pause shivered.
There were stars everywhere
Zombies at my gate
Now that the end is near
Nothing left to do but wait...
The zombies finally pushed the Gate broken, and the skeleton breached the walls. The trio could not fight all that mob, so they ran. Pause put down a pumpkin to the prepared iron blocks, summoning an iron golem to buy them sometime to run.
Arriving at the rooftop, a Wither flew towards the trio, creating a demonic sound.
“I am Merasmus, Guardian of the Nether, and i shall send you to the depths... for you have summoned me against my will!” The wither screeched, and shot a few wither skull towards the trio. They ran to the dam control and pulled the dam defense open, revealing a row of TNT cannons, pointed towards Merasmus.
“That? It will not do a thing to me, you mortals!” Merasmus laughed, then proceeded to take the explosions that the TNT cannons sent to him. He only flinches a little, but continued to fly towards the trio once again.
“Pause, this isn’t working!” Etho exclaimed.
“I’m trying, Okay!?” Pause exclaimed back.
“Guys, Guys, we have power bows in the house, we should charge for it, because if not, we will not defeat him.” Beef stopped the two from arguing, his sweat soaks even his clothes. Pause and Etho nods, and they jumped into the river, and towards the House.
Are we prepared?
Are we there?
Do you even care
Now I am afraid, but it's okay
The world crumbles around us...
They ran, and ran, until they reached the door of the house. Beef took no hesitation and broke down the door.
“Come on in, guys!” Beef shouted, and lets Pause and Etho to get into the house.
They went straight to the roof, where they stored their bows and quivers, and potions. Etho and Pause went to shoot the Wither, but beef continued to stare at his old crossbow, that he never used, and this time, he will use it even until it breaks, for the sake of his friends’ safety.
He chipped down part of the roof, and began firing arrows at a rapid rate towards Merasmus, who is having trouble avoiding the storm of arrwos that is being launched.
“You will not defeat me, you filthy humans! This will not be the end of me!” Merasmus roared. He releared a blue skull to Pause, who didn’t dodge it, but instead, punched it with his bare hands. It then returns to Merasmus and exploded at its left head. The heal fell and dissipated to Coal dust and chars of necrotic bone.

As Merasmus released another Blue head, Pause cannot dodge it as he was busy shooting Merasmus, and so, Etho pushed him out from the way, and let the blue skull burst into explosions on the ground. As its last stand, It glows a faint particle of armor, then went down to ground level. As Beef stormed Merasmus his arrows, Merasmus noticed the man and Shot a blue skull towards Beef. Beef tried shooting it, but it is of no use to him. So he tried dodging, but it was too late. The skull exploded on Beef, sending him backwards and onto the floor. He tried to stand, but a black aura is surrounding him. Covering his entire body and gripped upon his limbs. He can’t move. He felt pain towards his lungs, and tried breathing, but something chokes on him as if he had no lungs. Beef then closed his eyes, accepting his fate.
“Beef!” Pause yelled with his high-pitched voice. He heard the footsteps getting closer, closer... and then...
*Splash!*
Beef groaned, as the Milk drips down from his face. “Thanks, Pause.” Beef let out a weak cough.
“No Problem, Bud.” Pause smiled. “Guys! Help m-“ Etho’s yell was cut off when a few skulls hit him, causing him to topple over and into the water of the river.
Outro Melody.
“Pause, come down, now.” Beef ordered Pause. Pause then replied with a nod then went to the grass ground, wielding his diamond sword. Merasmus growled and spoke up.
“Now what do you want, you puny human?” He asked, full of anger.
“I want Etho back.” Pause dully said, then jumped to Merasmus’ Back.
Merasmus flew up to the sky, but Pause does not want to release his grip from Merasmus. Pause then climbed up to its skull and jabs his sword many times into Merasmus’ main skull. Merasmus’ head then fell to the ground, and the rest of his body dissapeared into clouds of smoke and dust.
Pause falls freely towards the ground. He didn’t do anything, but holding up a water bucket. As the ground came closer, Pause quickly threw the water bucket down, creating a puddle that he landed safely on.
He stood up and saw Beef, pulling Etho out.
“Etho, dude, are you OK?” Beef asked, without any answer from Etho.
“Beef... i think he’s dead.” Pause put his hands on Beef’s shoulder.
“No, He’s not! I can clearly see him breathing!” Beef pointed to Etho, whose eyes squint and opened slowly.
“H-Hey Beef...” Etho spoke weakly, his voice raspy and low.
“Etho! You’re awake!” Beef yelled. He then put Etho on a sitting position and kneeled infront of him. Etho’s eyes are full of distraught and sadness, but his feeling fought that.
“Etho, we killed Merasmus!” Pause yelled.
Etho let out a small chuckle before smiling again, slowly returning to his original self. He turned back and saw the Dam, it was broken to pieces and corroded.
“The Dam...” Etho trailed off, walking to the dam’s remains.
It’s okay Etho, we can build it...” Beef paused, then continued speaking. “...From The Ground Up.”

You also have a minor typo with 'thing' spelt as 'tihng' near the beginning. Just thought I'd let you know.
But yeah, I like this indeed. <3
