Aureylian groaned and sat up. "Augh...where am I?" She felt horrible.
Vechs sat up in bed. "You're back home. What happened?" he asked, his face full of concern for her.
"I...I don't know. I was fine one moment, then everything turned red and I sort of blacked out." She used this opportunity to delve into his subconscious and saw nothing but gray. Her heart dropped. Did Vechs really not care about her at all? She withdrew, hurt, from his mind.
"...new friend, Zisteau."
"Huh? I zoned out there, sorry."
"I was saying, while we were fighting the pigmen, we found a friend. He's Zisteau and he can turn into a pigman at will. Plus other stuff, like accidentally setting things on fire."said Vechs. "Are you hungry?"
"Yeah, but what time is it?
Vechs opened the chest at the head of his bed and looked at the clock inside. "3:47AM."
"Oh."
"Its fine, I can make you a sandwich or something. What do you want?"
"It's okay Vechs, I'll eat in the morning."said Aureylian as she lay back on her pillow and drifted off to sleep. "Vechs, do you...unicorns...fluffy pink..."
The corners of Vechs' mouth turned up to form a smile. He opened the small book to the first page.

This spell offers control of any Creature or Monster from The Nether. This binds the creature to you. The Incantation must be spoken aloud every time the spell is cast. The target must be weakened. This spell does not affect Humans able to Morph into Netherworld creatures. The following Catalysts will be consumed in the process.
1 Lead, 1 Blaze Rod, 1 Ghast Tear, 1 Magma Cream, 1 Gold Nugget, 1 Coal

Vechs closed the book, got up and stood next to Aureylian.
"I'm sorry, Rellykins."
He bent down and lightly kissed her on the cheek. Then he climbed into his bed and fell asleep.

Series coming to an end already :(. I plan to make this 8(8.5)parts and then next season(hopefully). I will hopefully include a song fic right at the end :D

cause he is leaving to grab the items to cast the control nether beings, or something like that.

NVM I missed the last part, but I guess its to apologize for her getting hurt and him not protecting her or he is going to get the items the next day OR (my gosh that's a lot of or) for him keeping the book. and also great chapter!!!

Gah. I didn't make this clear enough I think.

Aureylian is an empath. He used the mental shielding spell to stop her from looking at his emotions. He feels remorseful.

No but seriously, would you want to hide from someone who knows exactly what you feel at all times?

Cause every great thing must come to a end (and maybe they don't have the time, resources or idea's for the continuation of a longer season, or that she is ending this season until she can think up of a new storyline for the next, hoped this helped)

well, yes, I got that, but I talked with them, and it seemed like they were planning on making this season longer, they had ideas for at least a few more chapters. I just got the sense that this was ending sooner than planned.

I was going to make a season 2 out of it... If I continue this the fic will sound more like fluff and less like people trying to take down the Inquisition :3

Its fine if you don't want to do it, if a writer is forced to write, the story becomes rushed and lowers quality by abundance, so if you don't want to write it, don't regret not to write it :) - veteran anon
