Picked Up: A sequel to Babysitting

I'm so sorry about not posting part four of Warlords guys. My iPod died at the worst time and lost the file. Ive got to rewrite it all now. ;-; But as consolation for that, I've written a sequel to Babysitting. Again, so sorry! .-.



Paul felt a sudden smack on his face. His eyes slowly opened to a little red haired girl playing with his face while collective laughter entered the background.

"What are you all doing?" He yawned out as he sat up.

Aurey shot back as innocently as possible, "we're just pwaying Mr.Soares."

Vechs yanked Aurey back, "yeah! Just pwaying Uncle Paul!"

Paul left the children to play as he went to clean up. Once he got to the bathroom, he noticed an unusual set of colours in the mirror. He whirled around to check his face. Right. Aurey had "Rainbowfied" him. He sighed and soaked a towel and began to scrub his face. There was a sudden slam coming from the living room. In he ran.

"What is going on here?" He barely got out while doubled over.

Millbee was crying while sitting on the floor. "Vechs...pushed me..*sniffles*..off...the couch!"

"He tried to take Pywo's Dino!" Vechs tried to justify.

"He did not!" Pyro cried out from around the couch without leaving his Pokemon cards.

"You shouldn't lie Vechs! Lying is wong!" Aurey put her hands on her hips and stared him down.

Vechs looked at Paul who wasn't falling for it. "I'm sowwy Millbee, I was just mad cause you throwed Zisteau." He quietly let out while swaying a bit.

Millbee stood up with a grin. "It's fine Vechs."

Paul jumped in, "Now Millbee, you still need to apologise for throwing Zisteau."

Millbee's victorious smile drooped to a frown. "But why do I gotta?"

"Cause you threw Zisteau just to make Vechs mad."

"But..."

"No but's mister."

Millbee gave a sigh, "I'm sowwy for throwing Zisteau."

Vechs smiled and there was a knock at the door. Paul went to answer and there stood Baj.

Pyro and Millbee ran and hugged Baj's legs, "Daddy!"

Baj leaned down and lifted the two in his arms, "Squire Pyro! Millbeeful!" Baj smiled and mouthed a thank you to Paul.

Paul turned back to Aurey and Vechs. They were colouring a little desert island. It made him smile, he didn't know why, but it did.

Just before he took a seat, the door bell rang. He opened it, to reveal Aurey's mom.

"Mommy!" Aurey kind of stumbled on the way over.

"Did you have fun kiddo?"

"Yeah! I got to pway with Vechs and Pywo and Millbee all day!"

"That's good. Thanks again Mr.Soares."

Vechs came running to the door, "Auwey, wait!" He handed her the drawing of their island. "Don't fowget!"

She smiled, "thank you vewy much!"

They left when Vechs climbed up and looked out the window. "Uncle Paul, when are Mommy and Daddy coming home?"

"I don't know Vechs, I just don't know."

"It's okay, I like it here!"

There's the sequel part thing. Once again guys, I'm so sorry about Worlords. Now about this, you guys know it wouldn't be one of my stories without some dark part somewhere. In other news, I've decided to look for a Beta.

ahh, this was refreshing after watching some horror anime. and that's why im not dying of cuteness, but my friend behind me is kinda down for the count, nice writing though :)
