The First Journey (a Magics and Hierarchs Story) TEASER

A/n:  I'm sorry... I couldn't resist... and the reference I'm showcasing wont last forever so... Here is a teaser to what I've been working on for the past week! Note, the teaser (and the chapter it is in) is gen, though the entirety of the story it is teasing may not be. 

“Vechs? Vechs! Hold on, I’m coming!” Aurey yelled as she futility dashed towards me.

As her also oddly eight-year-old body skidded to a halt next to me she fell to her knees to treat me, completely ignoring the giant hound standing near me, waiting to strike. She lowered her hands towards my wound, but I ignored them. Even when they lit up the the bright yellow light she often used, I still ignored them, continuing to laugh. Laugh at my fate, laugh at my demise.  As the light started to expunge the darkness and heal my wound, burning like hellfire, I continued to laugh, because I knew there was no point.

“What's so funny?! You're injured!” Aurey exclaimed, completely panicked. I just continued to laugh. When she refused to stop trying to heal me, I pulled up a curtain of fire around my wound, forcing her to withdraw her hands. There wasn't any point, she couldn't save me. Even if she could, the hound would just come back, haunting me to my grave. I wondered if the darkness was meddling with my mind, but I honestly didn't care. So I just kept laughing.

well... now you actually have me interested, I want going for an innuendo in the chapter... other than in the first Aurey quote, I'm honestly not sure where one is... could you point it out? :)

I have no idea... but it will be after the first story arc of M&H is over. It's coming to an end, but sitll has a few chapters in it. I'm also hoping to have at least a few chapters ready before I start uplaoding, I have five/six, but they are not all necessarily in the right order. I think I will be uploading once I can connect the chapters I already have.

If you are talking about my writing in general, well:

Dragon AU is on a sort-of hold, both because I am having other things(out side of writing) take up my time, so I have to stay where my inspiration is (Or more specifically, in this AU).

Evil: Well, I have some stuff ready for that, but I don't want to start publishing it untill i know that there will be more coming. As such, the above reasons apply.

My writing in general: Well, most of my time has gone into my continuation of this teaser, but because that isnt being uploaded, I haven't posted nearly anything recently.

However: I have been working with clash on the next few chapters of M&H, or more specifically, writing the larger pats of chapters 8 and 9. So, if you are looking for my writing, look no further!

Yeah, I guess it was kinda blog-ish, but this is just a comment, and I wanted to explain where I've been.
