I am new, I have written my first thing. it's not fully finished, so it will get another chapter, but I wanted to post it and ask if anyone who I can ask for help would be able to help me. comment please!

Vechs giggled. He had just reminded Relly bits of the Spidey bits and so now she was going to punish him and his Vexy bits. He planned to enjoy her trying to punish him. Yeees. Ohohoho yes. He would enjoy it.

Aureylian mean while was living fearfully. She was looking into ways to kill the spider inside her microphone. How else could she talk to Vechs! She was asking around to people like Paul and Zisteau. Maybe Pyro knew something? But he slept at weird times.

She’d just have to go ask Vechs. “Augh.” She groaned audibly. He’d be so happy to dig it in. She might even have to thank him after all the grief he had given her. He would have to be really sweet to make it up to her. Build her another rainbow sweet.

You can make a cut in html mode by putting < cut> at the start of a fic and < /cut> at the end of the fic, without the spaces after the firs <. Even on short fics, it's requested they're all behind cuts to 1. Keep the page clean, and 2. Make it so anyone not wishing to read certain things doesn't have to see them.

What you've written seems pretty okay. But truth be told, it seems like the "next chater" would be better as an extension to what you've already written. Chapters are usually 750+ words. What you've written is an ok beginning of a fic, but there really needs to be more added.

But like I said, not a bad start! :)

Yeah, you could do what I did and have it sort of as a prolouge. Or it could be some concept writing for it. It does seem rather interesting though, and we don't have many UHC stories, so any new ones are welcome. Oh yeah, and welcome to the bowl.

yeah, its not quite any chapter length, but do you guys know what drabbles are? that is kind of what this is. more of a put the concept out there kind of thing, and see then toy with it. Its a way of making sure the one who wrote it doesnt just forget it in their piles of unfinished fiction.
