UHC 17 guesstimates

The hype is real for the UHC. But that is not what I wanted to discuss. If you want that, go the the Mindcrack reddit page and read all the comments. What I'm going to discuss is Vechs in UHC.

Now here's is my basic theory for Vechs. He will find a dungeon at one point, create a carrot on a stick, and then rise off a cliff achieveing "When Pigs Fly" and causing him to die.

My reasoning is as follows

In his 84th Mindcrack episode, he realeses some subtle hints about a classified recording, which we now know is UHC. In it he mentions a recent long fall, and that people shouldn't get mad if he dies in a future recording because it's all in the name of fun. Also, his thumbnail for the season is him with a carrot on a stick riding a saddled pig on what seems to be a hilly area.

My train of thought for what happened is as follows.
Around the first few episodes he finds a dungeon and lots it for a saddle. At so e point he either a) finds one of the villages on the map and harvests a carrot, b) kills a zombie and receives a carrot. Afterward, he a) does nothing but mine/harvest supplies or b) wants to stop playing due to the game going on to long. Seeing as though he has pointed out on several occasions Zisteaus saying of " The desire to produce compelling content, He then rides the pig off the cliff, getting the achievement and dying.

This is just a guess of future events, and if I'm wrong, then turn this into some Half Life 3 Confirmed joke, and if I'm right I reserve the rights to tell the community "I told you so".

Maybe I'm just a little optimistic, but I think that he'll survive the fall with the pig but be so low on health that he'll die quickly after that. (can't believe that counts as being optimistic lol)

Lol, maybe. But he did say he had a long fall and then hinted that he died in an odd way soooo...

Yeah...Maybe he'll be low on health and decide that riding a pig off a cliff would be more exciting than going out for someone to slaughter him.

Maybe Vechs dies at the hand of Aureylian and when she goes through his stuff the only thing she could find are roses. Lots of roses.

while seemingly unlikely, the reasoning is good, so I wont be surprised if you are right (or get a near miss, which is what I'm expecting).

Pretty sure this has a decent chance of being true. I mean honestly, Vechs white-texted his quote "Not doing any funny stuff this season", or something like that. That's the first appearance of White Text in who knows how long, so it's important. Some shenanigans are happening

In addition, he did say something in episode 86 as well about him getting a lot of hate for something. All will be revealed on Sunday, but from the same episode there is reason to believe that he died from doing something with Aurey
