mindcrackloveSome say that "Once a Mindcracker, always a Mindcracker." It has echoed true throughout Mindcrack history: Avidya back in 2012, theJims in 2014, and for a while, it seems like a few others might come back as well. Unfortunately, some of them have other ideas...
"The same two skeletons over there always seem to target me, guys!" Guude shouts to Justin, Rob, Pause, and Coestar, as he dodged arrows and tried to maneuver into place to take them down.
"Can you see who it could possibly be?" Rob said back to Guude as he climbed down from the tower.
"No, it seems that they're shifting."
"Well, I'm going to blow the horn, and we'll all proc the two guys out."
Rob blows the horn, and as green sparkles appeared around them, four of the five of them rushed out into the open, killing zombies and creepers instantly. Guude notched an arrow in his bow and aimed it at the skeleton on the left.
The following words appeared in the chat: "Skeleton_Nebris was slain by Guude using Dwarven Shortbow"
"I got one! I got one!" Guude screamed euphorically, as the skeleton disappeared in a puff of smoke.
"That's guude," Pause responded.
As Coestar approached the other skeleton, it also fell over on its side and was gone in a puff of smoke, despite nobody being around him.
"That other skeleton just committed seppuku from under my eyes as I was running towards it!" Coestar stated.
"What a coward!" Pause replied.
"And the stupid proc powerup thing just ran out," Coestar continued, as he began to retreat.
All of a sudden, Guude yelped, "The skeletons are back!" The one called Nebris fired a volley of flaming arrows at the lone archer on the edge of the wall. "And one of them has all the upgrades already!"
"Guude, there's only one skeleton this... What the heck! There's a whole bunch of AI Zombies heading straight for me."
"Use your flamethrower, Pause!" Rob yelled at Pause.
"I got this, Rob."
Pause annihilated every single one of them, only for the sky to instantly turn dark and for this message to appear in the chat:
THERE HAS BEEN A SOLAR ECLIPSE!
Pause killed another Zombie, and then turned his attention back towards the wall. Suddenly, Pause felt damage, and, before he could switch from his flamethrower back over to his sword, a message appeared under the previous message:
Nisovin was slain by Zombie_Just_defy
It was quickly followed by a series of "gg"s and "wow"s, with the murderer interjecting "Guude, you're next!" and "Pause, that was revenge for what happened yesterday!" in between, as Rob began to berate Pause for dying so early.
"Why didn't you use your flamethrower! You had a chance to kill him before he killed you, Pause!"
"I didn't know that that zombie was going to respawn at the same exact spot as he died! I didn't have a chance to heal myself up!"
"Well, that still doesn't answer my first question!"
"I also thought that my opportunity to use it had run out already."
"I counted, Pause. You had one second left on that flamethrower. You could have killed him..."
Rob was about to continue when Guude shouted, "I'm dead as well," as the corresponding death message appeared in the chat.
