Saladversary 20scrack AU Plotting!

Anyway, my saladversary's today! Exactly one year ago I posted my first fic on the salad, Cops and Robbers, named for the song of the same name by the Hoosiers (found here). Don't have links to the fic chapters themselves, but perhaps the Salad Files Project can help? ;)
The fic itself is an AU (I call it 20scrack) and, as tends to be the case with AUs, the characters were planned before the fic was. In celebration of my one-year saladversary, here's a copy-paste of the AU planning that I found while looking for files! (you can tell it's from a while ago as PSJ is "the new guy")
Mindcrack 20s AU
Zisteau- Lives life as the notorious serial killer, "The Beast". He'll take any job, any hit - provided you can pay the right price. Often messes with others for fun and infamy.
Pause- Formerly a criminal, after being arrested he had two choices - go to jail, or join law enforcement. He's been a part of the fuzz ever since. Even as a cop, he still has many connections. Master marksman.
Beef- Sergeant of the local police, Beef fears his city may be facing more corruption than it appears. He's had to resort to some... odd tactics to catch the criminals. Received the nickname "Beef" from Pause due to his constant pestering.
Etho- Close friend of Beef and Pause and fellow member of the force. Currently suffering a redstone addiction, but Beef's willing to overlook it to keep his friend close by.
Generikb- One member of the notorious "B-Team" mafia, and manager of internal affairs.
Bdubs- One member of the notorious "B-Team" mafia, and manager of external affairs.
Millbee- Often found drunk, he's got connections almost anywhere with his army of messenger "Lambs". Close companion and contact of the B-Team. Runs the city message system.
Nebris- Leader of the local glowstone ring, he might seem a bit scatterbrained at first, but Nebris' smart thinking and luck have saved him on more than one occasion.
BTC- Nebris' close second-in-command and leader of his private militia. Though well paid and trusted, he might be hiding something even his boss doesn't know about.
Avidya - Runner of the local speakeasy, "The Tiki Bar". Has good business with members of the B-Team, particularly Millbee.
McGamer- Master of Lapis, he controls a small (but powerful) group of dealers. Is hopelessly addicted to the stuff. Has a friendly rivalry with Nebris.
Pakratt- Demolitions expert and decent mechanic (especially when it comes to traps), he knows the best solution for each situation, even if it tends to backfire. Often employed by MC and Nebris.
Guude- The mayor of the city, he is well aware of what's going on around him, but fears what may happen if he interferes. Instead, he tries to keep the "better" side of the city in as best shape as possible.
Jsano- Guude's second-in-command and leader of the city's emergency services. Doesn't have enough time to be everywhere at once, but tries his best to help out when he can.
PaulSJr.- A new arrival to the massive city, he's not totally sure where he stands on many of the conflicts around him - despite already having been drawn into some of them.
Anderz- An overenthusiastic vigilante, "The Viking", he's often stalking through the city on the lookout for those that need help when no one else can step in. Close friend of Beef.
Doc- Close friend of Etho and Anderz, he works behind the scenes on many of the Viking's newest gadgets and receives small grants from the city for his various mechanics.
Mhykol- Head of city security, he can often be found where he's least expected. He also works in mechanics, and lends many of his newest designs to the police force.
Kurt- Former member of the force (and leader of the K-9 unit). After almost dying on the job, he retired and now runs the city's museum, library and planetarium.
Baj- By far, the least corrupted judge in town (but still easily swayed). A close friend of Guude, Pause, and Beef, he tends to favor the law in most cases.
Vechs- Head of the well-know Davion Industries (Minecraftia's lead mining corporation), he's a millionaire who does a lot of bizarre things for fun- some less legal than others.
