prompt swap :: pocket the moon :: beef/kurt

 so i got pseudo8413's prompt and i decided to do their prompt of "Kurt dreams of space...and Beef."

i liked that one a lot. so here we go! i hope you enjoy, pseudo. and i hope everyone else likes it as well.

Floating. Kurt was floating.

Stars gleamed from far away and instantly, Kurt realized that he was dreaming. Still, with the moon so close that he could almost reach out and put it in his pocket, it was hard not to be impressed.  
  
"You've always wanted to pocket the moon." A familiar voice joked from his right side.

Kurt jumped as well as he could from his lounging, free floating position. He didn't expect Beef to be here and he certainly didn't expect the other man to be able to read his mind.

"Yeah, it's a dream! Of course I can read your mind, guy!"

Beef was smiling at him, and Kurt adjusted his 3D glasses on his nose.

"I-I didn't expect to see you here!" He stammered finally, blushing a soft pink.

Beef's smile grew warmer.

"You know...they say that you see what you want most in good dreams like these."

He grasped Kurt's hand in his and pulled him along. Despite the fact that Kurt couldn't move himself in space at all, Beef could quite easily, dragging Kurt with him as he seemingly swam through space.

"Where are we going?"
"You've always wanted to pocket the moon." Beef repeated himself with a teasing smirk.

Kurt nodded once more and allowed Beef to pull him, focusing on the twinkling stars and the warmth of Beef's hand in his.


When Kurt awoke in his bed to Wolfie's bark, he smiled softly. Today he'd walk. 

Tomorrow, he'd call Beef and, together, they'd pocket the moon.

kinda short but i thought it turned out pretty good. i really like this ship, it's cute without being sappy (like SMS lololololol shiphate).

My grin cannot get any bigger. :D This is so cute. I especially like when Beef first speaks. That just opened up a whole can of feels. So, I did enjoy very much!
