His heels dug into the snow, getting faster with every step. With the hooded man further behind, Bdubs unsheathes his sword,. The cloaked man pulls out his bow, “It’s all about the rhythm.” He muttered to himself, focusing the tip of the arrow at Bdoubleo’s chest.

“Wait… Genny… Is that you?”

“Are you sure it’s this way? Because we have been walking for a while now.” Guude was nervous, Nebris, Seth and himself were rescuing Beef and Pause. “Yes, we stopped here for a break.” They set off again just as the first heavy raindrop fell.

“God Pause, don’t tell me that you’re trying to escape again.” “Ok, I’m not trying to escape again.” Beef pushed himself away from the wall, turning to look at Pause. “Kurt wouldn’t hurt us, Ok? I know him, he’s not a bad-,” Stepping forward so there was no more than an inch between them, Pause looked Beef in the eye. “You knew him, as much as I hate to say it, he is a bad guy.”

Sheathing his sword Bdoubleo steps forward. “Put the bow down, Genny, this isn’t you.”

“I’m sorry.”

Pointing the tip of the arrow up into the air above his own head, Generik, closed his eyes and let the bowstring go, the arrow, shot through the air before plummeting to the earth.

Genny had meant for that arrow to kill him, but it landed an inch away from his toe, his body shaking with sobs, Generik fell to the ground.

“Wolfie, catch!” Kurt threw the stick he had in his hand in the air, and with grace the wolf leaped up into the air and caught it with ease. “Kurt? You here?” BTC walked to Kurt’s backyard, pick in hand. “Do you have any cobble to spare?” Kurt spun around to face Blame. “Sure, there’s some in one of my chests.” Following BTC inside, Kurt started the conversion. “So… What are you building?” Blame scraped the remaining cobble from the bottom of the chest. “Oh, nothing really, just wanted to poke around.” Kurt took a large step back, unsheathing his sword.

BTC moved like a blur, pinning Kurt to the wall and disarming him of his sword. “I know what you did.”

“I’m sorry, I turned into someone I’m not!” Shaking his head slowly, Kurt finished. “I will never, ever, forgive myself.”

“Why?” Blame was putting pressure on Kurt’s neck with the blade of his sword.

“I wanted power, but things went wrong.”

Blame didn’t kill out of hatred, he killed out of mercy. He had never seen someone so tortured, someone so unwilling to go on.

Blame was slowly put Kurt’s items in a chest when he heard the dog whimpering.

BTC now knew, dogs felt more emotion than any human ever could.

Slow walking towards the sad wolf, Blame hoped that it wouldn’t attack him, he didn’t want to have to kill the animal too, although it seemed to be suffering. Bending down, BTC picked up the wolf slowly stroking his head, cradling Wolfie in his arms.

“It’s over now.” Bdoubleo whispered to Generik. “Its over.” Leaning the hermit up against a nearby tree, Bdubs stood back and ate some bread, questions fluttered through his mind. “Genny, why did you do this?”

Bdoubleo never got an answer.

Generik slowly unsheathed his sword.

“Genny, no!” Bdubs yelled, rushing for Generik, reaching him just as he stabbed himself in the stomach.

“I love you.” Genny’s voice was barely a whisper.

“Here it is.” Nebris nodded towards the large obsidian building on the horizon. “Pause should be driving Beef crazy by now, with all the complaining he was doing, even Vechs and I could hear him.”

As they neared the building, they could here shouting.

“Pause! Help will be here soon!”
“Who says that they know where we are?”
“I haven’t heard any snoring these past days! They could have escaped!”
“So, they could have killed him!”
“What about death messages, you idiot!”

By the time the rescue party got to the cell, everything had gone very quiet. Seth hit his pickaxe on the wall. “Hey guys, we’ve come to get you out!”

“Come on buddy, wake up.” Bdoubleo’ s tears fell on Generik’s pale face. “Come on!”

“I love you! Just come back! Please!” With a shaking hand, he pulled the sword from Genny’s stomach.

“Please.”

“Thanks for getting us out of there, Pause didn’t stop trying to escape the entire time.” Beef quickly grabbed one of Pause’s hands and held it up for the others to see. His hand was covered in grazes and cuts. “Ok I get it, I have a few scratches on my hands, can we just go?”

“When you try and sound brave you just sound like an ass.”
“Shut up Beef.”

“Can we take a detour? I need to check on Bdubs” Guudes face was filled with concern. “Sure.” Nebris said, understanding that Bdoubleo might feel upset because of recent events.

The group was walking up a hill when they heard the crying. Then they saw a pale Bdoubleo bending over a bloody mess of a body.

Guude was the only one to help Bdubs to his feet,.
The other four stood in shock. Unable to move. Unable to speak.

The six of them made their way to spawn, slowly calming Bdoubleo down.

At spawn town they were first greeted by BTC who was holding Wolfie, the wolf jumped down from Blame’s arms and barked at them excitedly. People, I like people The wolf thought, wagging his tail even faster My master was people. The whole sever was at spawn, apart from Anders, who had decided that while everyone was at spawn, he could cover a few bases with Swedish flags.
