mindcrackloveSo, I've been designing the Mindcrackers (and friends) into League of Legends champions, and I felt like firing off Rosie tonight. And she's an interesting one for sure. As per her personality (and fact if you watch any of Vechs' League videos with her), she's the support. But not just any support...

Attack Damage: 35 (+3.8)
Attack Speed: 0.590 (+1.75%)

Magic Resist: 30 (+0)

Abilities:
Passive: Inspiration
Using any of Rosie's abilities generates her secondary resource, Inspiration. After reaching 200 Inspiration (also the max), Rosie's basic abilities will have empowered forms and cost Inspiration, but will not generate Inspiration. This change reverts when Rosie's Inspiration drops below 20.

Rosie launches the remnants of failed drawings in a straight line, dealing magic damage to enemies they pass through. This skill can pass through a maximum of 4 enemies before stopping at the fifth, with no decrease in damage.
Inspired: The paper travels in a 60 degree cone, and causes targets to bleed and take true damage upon hit.
