I don't know if I really want to speculate so much as I just want to give him the world's biggest hug. :(

It seems some fairly significant social anxieties is a common theme to successful LPers. Makes me so sad, but also kind of happy that they seem to find some happiness/success in this group of people.

But then I wonder who, or if it's really just the general YouTube/Reddit comments and various jealous non-Mindcrackers... But then I feel like the whole thing is just too personal to be just about "General" stuff. I mean, likening it all to his high school best friend who turned on him... I just can't even...

Yeah, I'm in the same place. It feels way too conspiracy theory to think this has anything to do with Guude, but you still have to wonder if there was a specific incident that prompted this discussion.

Yeah. I had to actually go check the upload times to make sure that Bdubs's video wasn't a passive-aggressive reply to Guude's, but Bdubs uploaded his first, so at least there's that... But man, yeah. I just want to hug everyone.

Yeah, and Guude did all his taping in one go the other day, so neither of them have seen the others'. I still feel like something happened, maybe it was only a small thing, but it's become a big thing - they just both seem to be hurting so much.

Fuck I hope Minecon sorts this out. Maybe the other guys can lock them in a room together until they talk. :/

I actually didn't get any OOG related feels out of Guude's video, though I did enjoy his comments about "playing a character" when talking about why his Lucius series was so popular, since that's relevant to some other discussions we've had recently. If anything, that's a positive development with regards to BdoubleO, since it sounds like Guude's becoming more open to playing up the character aspect, which is what the B Team is built on.
