Mindcrackers Unite - Chapter 1

mindcrackloveThis is the first chapter of my first ever mindcrack fanfiction! This is a story about what happens when you put 26 grown-up men that act like teenagers together in one very big house! ;)
When he hears his alarm go off, Guude almost throws it across his bedroom immediately. After looking at his clock and seeing that it’s 4 in the morning, he realizes that today is the day. Mumbling something inaudible he goes to sit up on the side of his bed and sighs. Almost a year of planning had gone into this, and he wasn’t even going to deny that he was nervous.
He got up, changed into some comfortable clothes, picked up the two suitcases in his room and walked downstairs. Damn, the fact that this may be the last day that he’ll walk around in his kitchen is scary and exciting at the same time. When this plan was first brought up by one of the other Mindcrackers he thought it was ridiculous. ‘And look where I’m going now!’, he said out loud with a chuckle. Looking through the window he sees that his cab has arrived, so he quickly finishes the coffee he had made and walks outside.

Pyro sat down at Gate 14 waiting for his plane to arrive. While humming a random song he decided to check the Mindcrack skype chat to see if any of the other guys had already left.
docm77 : My flight is leaving in 30 minutes, guys. See ya on the other side! ;-)
generikb : Dangit! I wanted to be first! Have a good flight docta :-)
Phew, he has to admit to himself that he’s happy he won’t arrive first. Looking at the pictures that place was like a freaking mansion! He’d have no idea where to go without getting lost. With a big smile on his face he leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. This was going to be either the biggest mistake he ever made, or the best decision of his life. ‘The only way to find out was to start this adventure’, he thought, and walked to the boarding area.

Zisteau almost couldn’t sit still in his seat, but the lady next to him had given him some annoyed stares in the last hour so he tried to look out of the window and relax. He was just too damn excited about this whole thing. Seeing a lot of the guys again, and even meeting some of them for the first time will be awesome. And that’s not even mentioning the fact that they’re all going to be living together, which will make their job so much easier! However, the month of vacation wasn’t going to be very bad either.
He couldn’t help but laugh when he thought about their announcement video a few days back. They decided to do it at the last possible moment, so that there wouldn’t be any questions they couldn’t answer, and no stressed out fans. They had basically told them everything that was going to be happening in the next month:
- All the Mindcrackers are going to be living together in one house in an undisclosed state. The only thing they’d said about that is that their time zone would be EST.
- For the following month no videos will be made, to give everyone time to settle in and have a bit of a ‘vacation’. Everyone had been prerecording series, both on their own and in groups, so that there won’t be a complete lack of videos.
- When all that is over everyone will start recording again, and life will be good!
The comments were a mix of positive, neutral and negative. The funniest thing however, was the fact that the comment that came back the most was something along the lines of ‘OMG we’re going to see Etho’s FACE!’. Zisteau chuckled and checked his watch. Only a few hours left before arrival, and then he’ll almost be able to see all the Mindcrackers’ sexy faces again.
