Hi, I'm guiltyshirts and I have a mindcrack addiction. :p I'm responsible for Altverse, which is mostly Single Malt with a side of OOG. Incidentally I'm going to keep OOG together whatever is going on IRL. Maybe a bit of a rough patch but no breakups here. Nope.

I may have accidentally just watched the whole of the rest of VintagePause Lethamyr, so I'm going to have to rewatch the appropriate episodes to comment. XD

Hi, I'm the moderator! isi has called me "Ms. Mod" and that works just fine. :P Mindcrack (and other LPers) is something I listen to while doing repetitive jobs at work and it's a lot of fun!

I have a history of fanfic writing, both anime/manga and athlete RPF, and after mourning the lack of a ship-friendly community on fandomsecrets, I was encouraged to make a kink meme/prompt meme which then evolved into this. I still encourage anonymous contributions - you can even comment on the rules post of this community to have me post stuff on your behalf, if that's what you prefer. I still encourage folks to make an account - Dreamwidth no longer requires invite codes to make accounts, which is handy!

Anyway, I'm a big fan of that wacky kappa MC Gamer - I love the whole gaming charity community, so his Zeldathon work is a big deal to me. But it's also his unique blend of silliness and seriousness, joy and honest, that makes me smile. :) I love most of the Mindcrackers with ludicrous fervor, though.

I'm also working ever-so-slowly on a giant epic OOG fic called "To Hear the Words of the Universe" in which Jason enters the Mindcrack world and Guude's in the real one and Jason has to decide whether to stay or to switch back. It is constantly Jossed by all the activity on the server, but hopefully it will happen...eventually.

Hi I'm kappa77! I've been stalking this community on Anon for like a month, then decided to make an account that was the same as my reddit name.

I'm a huge fan of Kurt, Pakratt, and MC, but I watch most of the mindcracker's videos when I can. I only a K/Z shipper becuase of his community and because of this I am going to attempt to write a fan fic, but to be completely honest, the last time I wrote a fan fic, it ended up being pretty bad. I'm better at fan art and will be trying that out as well.

Hi! I'm crystallized (three L's here, not sure if it was because two was taken or just for fun) and yes, that is the name I go by in this and other fandoms and on reddit as well - I've been crystallized since I decided I needed a new tag in college. Before that I was really active in RPF for musicians, in the category that has since become Bandom, but my first fandom was Harry Potter (I must have been like, twelve when I read my first fanfic), and it will always be my closest love.

As crystallized, I'm probably most known still on the Reddit Public Minecraft servers, where I enjoyed Friday night drinking games with occasional debauchery, and in the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fandom, where I'm the head of the Audio/Visual department for BronyCon, the first, and biggest, FiM convention in the USA.

In real life, my boyfriend and I have an open poly relationship (though we are very much in love and devoted to each other) and I've been interested in and studying polyamory since high school. This gives me a unique perspective on fandom and shipping, since poly is often used as a solution in fanfic by people who don't really know how difficult and yet how easy it can be.

I love Zisteau and Nebris the best, and have written primers for them, and my love of essay-writing makes me want to do primers for as many Mindcrackers as I can, in time. I write fic that is silly and serious, but struggle with anything angsty or hot. I write as the inspiration strikes me and rarely finish a fic idea. I also enjoy playing in other people's universes.

Hi, my name is Theropod and I staled this place for a while on anon before I ended up writing some fic and requiring an account to post it, I made one. I've not used this synonym before, usually I go by other names but this is the first time I've delved into RPF so because I'm ultra paranoid, I decided a new name was needed just because.

I've been into a few fandoms before and I've written fic for them, including Transformers, Team Fortress 2 and Resident Evil. I like video games :D I'm also a huge dino nut, which is why I chose Theropod as a name as it's a genus of dinosaurs which contains all the velociraptors and T-rexs that people love. Funnily enough I don't actually have a theropod icon, it's all sauropods. I need to draw myself some theropods...

Zisteau/Kurt is my current obsession and I've written a series I'm hearby dubbing the Bribery arc, named after the first story, about the Trial and the events which follow including some Z/K. I'm also steadily growing a fondness for Guude/Pause, which may be leading somewhere, depending on what time I get to do stuff between these deadlines for my uni course. I might drop off the face of the planet until the end of the month ._.

I'm Isi, and since I've joined a couple months ago, this community has done strange things to me. Unlike many other of our regulars, I don't have a history of RPF, or fanfiction of any description. This is in fact my first foray into this particular side of fandom (I have enjoyed other things, sometimes quite obsessively, but just never got into the fan culture like this), and it's all been very new and exciting to me.

Despite never expecting to start writing fanfiction, I have since written about the golden record mythos, and am still working on a (still untitled) Guude and Beef fic, and have plans for more things after that's done. You may also see me doing an "old school let's play" with the Mindcrack mod, wherein I find and do fun things with the Mindcrackers. Somewhat dated, since the mod's never been updated since 1.2.5, but I do what I can.

I'll be back later to comment on Lethamyr.

Hi I'm placeblocks and some people call me PB. I was the one who saw Ms. Mod's secret in FS and helped encourage her to make this place. It's been a great source of discussion for me, not just in terms of shippy things, but as a way to discuss aspects of Mindcrack that are a little less acceptable/accessible over at the Reddit. It's great to see how the community is growing, as well, as I think that will allow even more discussion and help people find other like minded people. Mindcrack is a huge community, and understandably everyone has different favorites.

My favorites are probably Kurt and Beef, with a side of everyone else. I really like OOG, but also have a growing fondness for Guude/Beef and Guude/Pause. (Possibly Guude is becoming my fandom bicycle?) I can "see" a lot of pairings, but I don't necessarily ship a lot of them, if that makes sense. I like Kurt/Zisteau, for instance, but I don't actively ship them myself, despite enjoying some fics about them. I've got lots of fic ideas and things kicking around, but I haven't written anything and don't know if I will. I think my main contribution is just discussion and speculation, which can get sticky since the "character" vs. "real life" aspects of this fandom cross the streams so much.

They're adorable as usual. Lots of cute innuendo of the "I've always got wood" variety, though Pause also going "Ew!" on occasion while also being offended when Beef sets his bed one block away from Pause's vs. right side-by-side.

Beef's Bill Clinton impersonation at the end of ep. 14 is hilarious. (And also makes me feel horrible as Beef can, in 2012, do an impersonation of a president who hasn't been in office since 2001 whereas I cannot even tell you who is in office in Canada right now.)

Episode 14, just before 6 minutes, did Beef seriously just say, "We should make beds, and babies"? Because that's hilarious and I wish Pause wasn't talking over him at that part so we could get a reaction. The play between innuendos and pretend gross out reactions is pretty amusing. I'm also impressed with the consistency with which Beef uses the term "chesticles." Like he never just calls it a chest.

OH wow, I TOTALLY missed the "We should make beds. And babies." line the first time around, thanks for pointing it out. Definitely sad Pause missed it. I think Paust must've been really tired, because he is really quiet through most of this. (Which even Beef comments on.) It makes the interplay a bit less fun, because Beef keeps setting up the jokes, and Pause keeps failing to follow through. Fortunately the end of this session seems to be ep. 16 so hopefully the next ones will have Pause more awake (and less ragey).

Beef DOES almost always call it a chesticle, though definitely more so in this map than regularly. Kind of like how Zisteau calls them boxes, though of course chesticle is funnier. (And we even got the epic chestificate this session, ha!)
