I've finished the entire fiction. The ending is great. I don't have to write it any more, thank god. It ends well. Also, Squid, you will love it. Also, cliffhanger!
Rob was tired. He and the Jimmies had been marching all day, but they still hadn't gotten to the Arena. He could only hope they got there in time. He looked around, seeing rain cloud in the distance. He grinned, despite his tiredness. They were in the direction of the Arena. It would rain on the Mindcrackers, once more.
V was marshalling his forces. Zombies, the size of portals. Skeletons, with bows with the power to punch through a beacon. Creepers, supercharged. Endermen, with weapons in hand. His shock troops, the armoured spiders. And lastly, the Juggernauts. Ten withers. All with potion effects. All with armour. All had intelligence. And V himself was marching in with his forces. Clad in diamond, with maximum enchantments, and a diamond sword, sharp enough to cut through diamonds like they were butter. How could he lose?
Vechs was also preparing. Creating traps, gathering his most powerful armour and weapons, practising. He and his pigderp would work together, to fight any mobs that tried to fight him. And if V came, he would have a lot of anger coming to him. Vechs was almost ready, he just wanted to see if he could make fighting bats. Or at least distract V with bats.
The Saladers were preparing for battle. Five fully enchanted diamond sets. Five diamond swords. Five bows, one much more powerful than the others, quite obviously Hawser's bow. Purple just had one thing to say.
"Why'd you send me out, the other night? I could hear the argument from out there!" She gestured outside the tent. Red shook her head in dismay.
"We've been over this. You were supposed to keep watch. You failed, but it doesn't really matter." She answered, focused on the upcoming battle. Purple huffed, but didn't pursue the line of conversation.
The Phijkchu were baking pizza. Suddenly, Pikachu realised something.
"Have you seen Tom around anywhere, lately?" He asked of the others. Victini looked surprised.
"Um, now you mention it, no. I haven't!" Victini replied, unworried. Pikachu shrugged, content Tom would sort himself out.
The clash of swords could be heard throughout the entire Arena. Etho and Tom were practising together, so were Guude and Beef. Most people in the Arena were practising some form of weaponry, waiting for V's army to arrive. Finally, Etho heard a yell from the Arena roof, where Pyro was watching. It was his turn on sentry duty. He had yelled three words.
"I see them!" Etho doubted Pyro meant Rob and the Jimmies, so he prepared for battle. The word spread faster than a fire in a dry forest. Anywhere in the Arena, you could see people suiting up, gathering arrows or something else. This time, they would have help. It was more than just the Mindcrackers defending this time. The Phijkchu were there, with healing pizza. The Saladers were there, all prepared. And of course, Tom was there to help, as well.
A sound like thunder sounded throughout the Arena, then again, then again, then again. With a chill, Etho realised it was the sound of zombies marching. He pulled out his bow and nervously knocked it. Beside him, Pause was standing, showing no nervousness whatsoever.
"Aww, lighten up, Etho! No reason to be so scared, guy. They're just zombies. We've killed them all before!" Pause grinned encouragingly. Etho could only smile agitatedly. He looked to the other side, and saw Tom standing there, almost as nervous as Etho was.
"Etho, calm down. I'm the untrained one! You've been fighting monsters for years. You are a great fighter, and Rob and the other Jimmies will be coming to help, anyway. I would bet you that Rob's going to charge in ahead of the others. So don't worry!" Tom smiled. Etho stared ahead, encouraged by the two. It didn't matter what V threw at them, they would win.
Guude looked over at Bdubs.
"Are you ready?" Guude asked of the man. He grinned back in return.
"Of course! It's not like we're gonna get sucked off by them, is it?" Bdubs grinned, and for a moment the two were thoughtful, memories of Legendary and the other maps racing through their minds. As if in sync, they both had the same thought at the same time.
"For OOG!" They both yelled, then, in good moods, they turned back to the entrance.
Kurt was nervous. Wolfie was by his side, clad in special armour. He looked down at the small figure below him.
"You're a good boy, aren't you? Indeed, you are Wolfie, of course." Kurt muttered to the wolf. Wolfie looked up at his master and barked encouragingly. They were ready.
"Ok, Pigderp. Remember. No-one, including V, is allowed to kill you. Only the real me is allowed to kill you!" Vechs stated to his friend. Zisteau turned to the mapmaker.
"I realise that, thanks. I know you've only said that hundreds of times before, but I appreciate your concern." Zisteau grinned back to his friend. The two were fighting. They were going down together, or not at all.
Seth was standing there, looking back over some traps he had made. Suddenly, he heard someone behind him.
"Seth. Etho sent me to find you. We need your help." The tones of Beef said. Seth turned to the butcher and grinned.
"So, you're Etho's messenger, now?" Seth laughed. Beef smiled, and nodded. Seth climbed out of his pit and went with Beef. They were ready.
Mc stood there, absent-mindedly playing with some lapis. Suddenly, he heard Nebris behind him.
"Mc, come on. You can play with your lapis back with the others." Nebris muttered, with his amazing voice.
"Ok, I'm coming, Nebs." Mc replied, still holding his lapis.
The first mobs walked through the gateway, and were met with arrows. Zombies that were almost too big to fit through the doorway barely managed to shoulder their way in, but died instantly. Suddenly, arrows slammed into the bodies of the zombies from behind, forcing the bodies through and clearing the passageway. Then they heard a sound of nightmares. The sound of the Wither.
