Clash of Clans pt4

mindcracklovePart four here I am! Yay! I think this is the last chapter where people are learning of the threat. Next will be the start of the fights I swear :3

Blue dragged Attomic along behind her; they had to go find Kurt or Zisteau immediately. “KURT?! ZISTEAU?!” a soft noise came from inside one of the houses. Attomic shifted around uncomfortably, making Blue tighten her hold on the young woman. “Come on. Don’t resist my hold “ Blue warned her eyeing her, her blue eyes going hard. “You need to talk to Kurt about this, so don’t bother fighting it.” Attomic nodded slowly turning her head away from the other woman’s glare.
They entered the building, Kurt was sitting on the floor on a mat staring off into the distance. Hearing them come in he looked over. “Yes?”
“Kurt… You remember Attomic correct?” He nodded slowly, looking the other woman over. Blue took that as a sign to continue. “She has some information you might want to hear.” The two of them looked at her; Kurt expectant and Blue reprimanding. Attomic took a deep breath before breaking out of Blue’s hold and looking at Kurt.
“Clan Cobblehaterz is going to attack Boulderfist. I fear a full on war is going to start if we don’t intervene.”
Kurt’s face became devoid of colour at this news. He nodded slowly confused, “And how do you know this?”
It was Attomic’s turn to have her face loose colour. “I was… out exploring, when I heard BTC talking to another person about attacking Boulderfist.” Kurt eyed her suspiciously since she didn’t sound convincing at all but he went along with it.
“Okay… Go find Zisteau, tell him It’s starting he’ll understand.” Blue and Attomic glanced at each other before Attomic nodded before dashing out to find Zisteau and the others. Blue stayed where she was watching Kurt .
“You think it will come to a war?” He turned to look at her, looking older than he was.
“Yes… but it can be over quickly if we get to Boulderfist first.” Blue nodded, walking out the same way as Attomic. Zisteau seemed to always be out in the forest, so she went out there. Not watching where she was going, Blue ran straight into Lucera, who fell to the ground with a thud.
“Hey, watch where you’re goin- oh Blue, sorry.” The other ducked her head, coming to the realization that she had hit Blue.
“It’s alright Lucera. It’s my fault for not watching where I was going.” Lucera nodded, standing up and offering her hand to the other on the ground. Blue took it gratefully before giving her another look. “You need to go prepare for battle… we leave at dawn.” Lucera’s eyes widened before she nodded again rushing off. “And tell anyone you see to get ready!” Blue yelled after her, watching the other run. She looked in the general direction of where Zisteau was suppose to be, wondering if Attomic had managed to find him.

Attomic moved swiftly through the forest, looking for any sign of Zisteau. He was easily found, since he normally always was out in the forest around this time of day. “Z… Z? Kurt said ’It’s starting’ he said you would understand.” Zisteau turned to look at her quickly, eyes flashing.
“Attomic, go get ready. I’ll alert the rest of the Mindcrackers.” She nodded, heading off as Zisteau looked off into the distance… ’I thought it would never come to this, I guess I was wrong.’ he sighed wistfully before moving quickly back towards the village to find Vechs and PSJ… Kurt probably would have already found Mhkyol.

Dei and Drama walked up to Hawser, who seemed to be working on a bow. Knowing Hawser it had something to do with science but neither was sure. “Hey Hawser, do you have any new gear that we could use for a battle?”
The other looked up quickly before returning to her work, her voice brisk as she talked to them. “Yes, I’m sure I have something… because the wars between our clans won’t be fixed by themselves. I believe science will benefit us in whatever battle you’re talking about.” Dei nodded waiting to see what she had to show them, but Hawser didn’t move from her project. Instead, she waved over at a cupboard. Drama shrugged at the incredulous look on Dei’s face, walking over to it and rooting through the different items; some looked helpful, others… not so much. Drama found something she liked. It was a extremely well made bow, one with the best enchants as well. As Drama picked it up, Dei looked at her like she was crazy for trusting Hawser’s inventions since they had been know to not work exactly according to plan before.
Drama just snickered handing her the weapons she grabbed from the pile of things. They nodded to Hawser as they walked out with their hand full of assorted items. Hawser smiled at their choices and waved to them before going back to her work. They ran back to the middle of the village where Team Canada was waiting, Adlington seemed to be sorting through some gear while Pause and Etho talked strategy. Beef was sitting on one of the steps with a hand over his face, looking worn. Seth apparently hadn’t arrived yet but if they were leaving he would be there soon. Becky sat on one of the benches; it appeared like she was drawing by the way she was hunched over her paper. She glanced up every now and again, she kept looking up at Beef so he was her unsuspecting model. Everyone in the village had accepted that Becky would just randomly start drawing them without them knowing.
Seth came running up from one of the side roads and stopped near Etho and Pause. Beef looked up, seeing Seth he stood up and walked over to the other three. As he stood, Becky let out a loud protest. Hearing the artist’s protest, Beef’s lips twitched upwards. It was nice to see a smile, even a small one just before going to face the other two clans. The five men talked for what seemed like hours, eventually motioning to the others who had gathered around to grab the some gear. Drama smiled at Dei and walked forwards, grabbing one of the bows.
“Hey! Leave one of those for me” Pause warned a teasing light in his eye, she laughed softly but nodded making sure to push one of the better bows off to the side. Dei soon followed grabbing a one handed sword; she wasn’t much of a fighter though she was willing to help out just the same. Hawser wouldn’t be showing up to grab weapons, but she would be walking with them when they did head out.
Which apparently was right then. While Drama was thinking, Kappa and Jack had showed up with horses and Becky held a sword… even though she was holding it wrong. Kappa handed the reigns of Hestur. She jumped on the horse’s back and offered her hand to Dei. Drama looked around and saw that all the others were on in pairs and on horses. Pause gave the signal and they rode out south, towards Boulderfist and towards the imminent fight.

Date: Saturday, February 8th, 2014 11:37 pm (UTC)Is there any hierarchy in the clans? Like a leader and second in command? Or maybe some clans value fighting above other things, and other clans value healing? Or is it just leader at top, and no real order for anyone else? If there is a hierarchy order for everyone, you don't need to explain it down to the last detail, I'm just wondering about the gist of it.
Looking forward to the battle! Hope Cobblehaterz win!
