Minor thing, but in case anyone missed it

In MC's newest Mindcrack video, around 4:20 he talks about the supportive comments people leave.

"I love reading all the assorted things that you have to say whether they're inside the comments, on the Mindcrack subreddit, inside the salad..."

And then he starts talking about the possibility of a proper Mindcrack forum, which is cool, because forums are cool, but gosh, it reminds me how big Mindcrack has become, that the fanbase is splintering off into smaller groups outside of the reddit, which is the primary center for the fans to talk about everything. Between that, this Dreamwidth community, the DeviantArt group and Tumblr that I'm not a part of but will glance at from time to time, and now possibly a forum someplace else, I worry I won't be able to keep up anymore.

Don't forget IRC. That's a whole area of the fandom I have no experience with but which is fairly active with its own in-jokes and popular users, etc.

THERE'S ALREADY PARTS OF THE FANDOM I DON'T KNOW ABOUT. x_x I mean, I'm sure I've heard of the IRC once or twice, but I never thought anything about it, like I didn't believe that it was actually A Thing. Gosh. I wonder what else is already out there.

He seems to be cool with it. I mean, the salad thing all started with our flipping out over something he said in a livestream about being sad no one shipped him. He probably finds our MCbris shipping cute.

Yeah true, I remember that. I guess it just feels odder now that I deliberately mentioned him and turned him into a pokemon. I suppose I'd probably truly hyperventilate if for example Zisteau mentioned us.

Oh god. XD I might be tempting fate by saying this, but I think it's only a matter of time before someone else comes out and says they're aware of us. Even with only the occasional link to us made from the mindcrack_love reddit account, I'd be very surprised if MC was the only Mindcracker who knows about us at this point. It's how much they know of us that I dare not guess at.

Guude did link that terrible fanfiction to our mod at one point (or was it someone else?) so he might know of us though he may not check on us often like MC seems to do.

Have I mentioned I'm more excited for PAX to happen than Minecon? Mostly because Nebris and MC are both going.

I'm psyched for both for different reasons. Minecon seems to be an opportunity for Mindcrackers who wouldn't otherwise interact to intereact (say, Doc and Millbee). Also, variable tolerances for alcohol. PAX is "smaller" in terms of Mindcrackers but includes some of my favorites, so it'll be a different but also lovely experience, I think.

Of course. Minecon will be glorious no matter what happens, just from the sheer volume of Mindcrackers attending. But PAX will contain some of my favorites, as you said.
