I just loved it when Avidya was like, "That's BTC!" but then Pause just says "I know" and goes ahead and shoots him...absolutely Pause!
If any of you all haven't checked out Ecto's fic, it is amazing. Go. Now.
Materials used:
-2B pencil
-My one-and-only 0.1 mm fineliner.
-Crayola pencil crayons
-Hands
Some self-criticism.
-Perspective-Someone, Pause, shoot me through the head. BTC's perspective is okay (except I messed up with the helm). But Pause and Avidya's? Ohmygoodnesssomeoneshootmeplease. Next time, I'm going to use a reference.
-Hands. Must. Practice. More.
-Details-Okay, I guess, there's only so much 0.1 mm fineliners can do.
-Other-Pause's stance. Evidently, I do not do archery.
But overall, despite the horrible perspective and background, I'm pretty happy with it.
*I know that the lighting would be much darker, being night outside, but I didn't want the drawing to be pitch black.
*Also, I wasn't sure if BTC was actually wearing a helm or not, but I gave him one otherwise he wouldn't have survived Pause's violence.

Date: Friday, January 3rd, 2014 05:14 pm (UTC)Anyways, some tips on archery stance: If Pause is right handed (idk if he is or not but say that he is for this) he would hold the bow in his left hand and draw the drawstring back in his dominant (aka right for this example) hand. His feet should be facing 90 degrees from the target, aka his right leg should be behind his other and both should be facing left. His right elbow should be the highes point of his arms and farthest point of his whole body away from the target.
I have no idea if that was confusing or not... But the whole thing was based on if you were to redraw the pic again with Pause at the same angle (bow in his left again as well).
