Prompt: The League of Vechs (and Zisteau and Rosie)

Author's Note: I decided to just go with description and weapon set/item set because that's what I see this an opportunity for. Also League of Legends of Wikia was down for me during this. So I am gonna use my knowledge from DOTA 2 instead.

HpyerVechian Spawner: Upgrades the ultimate making the champion and adjacent enemies drown for 10% longer, also causes poison that lasts 10 seconds.

The "stick": 20% chance to slow and deal extra damage to the enemy and have 15 seconds of 100% redirection of damage back to the enemy due to despair and rage.

Fwarpa d'erp: Distracts the enemy, 40% chance to miss their next attack.

Cuteness Explosions: Silences all champions in circle, causes them to lose 30/35/40/45% of their health, buffs allies, also slows the champions down for 3 seconds. Upgradable by Intous.

Intuos: Gives 20% boost to every affect in Cuteness Explosions

Rosie's Dress: Takes away 40 mana from the enemy if is hit, adds 1.0 mana regen.

Horsie: Gives Rosie +30 in movement speed.

Hm, this isn't the same format as League, but like you said, you used DOTA as your base. And of course! How could I not think to use Rosie's art as her theme! Would you mind if I used these ideas and some of my own for my ability sets? Remember, I kinda claimed my prompt for myself! :)

That was the entire purpose of this, to inspire your prompt users and prompt itself. It was pretty hard coming up with all these abilities and item sets. I actually did get on the wikia as I was about to finish, realized they had skill sets that I have no idea about... so the stats are pretty League, but many of the way how skill work are very DoTa like. But I do hope this give a good base for some ideas XDD

Funny thing is I spelt it right the first time and I was like "THat... seems right, but.... it's zisteau-nian right? RIGHT?!" nope
zistonian is right. Sigh... This is what I get for Doubting myself, though I do think it'll be more awesome if Rosie's name had some reference to Sixelona for their friendship. Like Aixel Rosie? I dunno. XDDD

I really don't know, to be honest. I mean maybe...

Of course now I'm having trouble deciding if Zisteau should have Mana or something else... Sometimes I love you League, but sometimes... To clarify, since I believe DotA only has mana, there are a few other resources in League. Same champions use Energy, some have their own unique one... Too many choices! I do want to make at least champion without mana to prove I can do it...

This project is gonna be longer than I expected...

One way to do it, play lots of league with me. I played dota, I am sure I can handle league, play it enough will make this easier. PLus you don't have to balance. you can make them as OP as you want.

Well, I'll gladly play League with you, but how does that help me decide which resource to give champions? I already play League and am decent at it, although I do want to get better.

And about balance, I know I can make them OP, in fact balancing is practically impossible without actually testing them against other champions. Trust me, I have Zedsteau's ult planned out, it is INSANE.

Well, what really helped me was while I was writing that out, I had a few champions from Dota 2 in mind that I thought would fit what these guys should have. For instance: I wanted Vechs to have attributes of the Drow Ranger (just spam one attack), but also be able to nuke AoE
Whereas zedsteau, I imagined him to be his own description of what champion he would like "Something complicated, but like a terran siege canon from starcraft" His Ult to me is the best way to do siege canon justice from StarCraft. Originally that is. Until I then had an idea about his love for montages. you're right.. there's too much to pick from.
As for Rosie, I did feel a bit bad at first for almost, i mean almost almost making her into a white mage support then I realized she's a tough lady herself and thus gave her the attack abilities of a Freedom Gundam (Taste my rainbow lasers)
As for the items, zisteau's jimmy's skin came from his Dwarves vs. Zombies thing. And an idea hit me, remember Vechs' Minecraft 1.0 series with Cleo? There's so much innuendo that are probably wonderous material for this too. /facepalms. SO MUCH MATERIAL.
