Haha, I just watched the timestamped part in the meantime, and my goodness. I will forever be suspicious that MC is doing stuff like that on purpose to give us more material. Not that that's a bad thing, of course. ;)

And speaking of MC, have you seen today's GMM? The way he talked about Avidya was super adorable.

Today's GMM was excellent. As someone who also played on Reddit Public when I first started playing Minecraft and was one of those people who was always really annoyed by the kids always begging to be made a mod, though, I'm glad I didn't ever meet him or know him well. It's so interesting that it seems like MC has history with so many of the people on the server before Mindcrack, though, for being so young.

Well Minecraft multiplayer has existed since 2009...and MC was 15 (turning 16 a few months into Survival Test) back then. Even if MC only got in during Alpha (around when Guude was playing his first season of Mindcrack in single player), he was still, you know, 16 going on 17. Two years and change of life isn't terribly much in terms of behavioral development if you're older - but the transition from 16 to 19 is enormous, and MC's relationship with the world of Minecraft reflects that.

Still, it's pretty awesome that he has such a connection to the "elder guard" of Minecraft LPing, and I think he learned a lot from them to make his content.
