You all know why you are here. I expect what you are most interested in is the nsfw tag, and secondarily the fanfiction tag. It's not all smut... but it's mostly smut. Miss Mod will remove any and all hateful comments, so I urge you not to waste your energy.

A note: the majority of the mindcrackers are at least aware that people ship them, and they are either amused or ambivalent. We don't advertise that we are here. But if someone like you was curious, they would find what they were looking for. This is the internet, after all.

We're always welcoming new members, so if inspiration strikes you... please do share with us. It's more fun that way.

I actually don't know how I feel about this, though. I was a little shaky when I saw the stuff on the reddit. I mean, I love the fact that we can ship freely, and the 'crackers are great about it, but I've always thought of fanfiction as something you need to discover on your own.
I'm a little nervous. :#

Whenever I saw this post I thought, "Damn it guys, I go outside to do stuff for a few minutes and this kinda stuff happens!" Then I saw nobody has done anything yet and calmed down.

But yeah, if any nasty hateful comments show up, report them to me, Ms. Mod/Kawa (Mindcrack_love account), or Scaredy.

We're really friendly with the nice new people though! Many of us came because of science so it's great to see some new people doing the same.

One of these days, we're going to need to make a "recommended reads" thing on the front page of this community site. Put out our best one-shots, serials, ships, fluffs, smuts, and genfics right there on one post or panel section for the world (or at least the few fortunate/unfortunate to stumble upon us) to see.

Yes, we are a shippy community. Yes, there be smut here. ... but I (personally! Feel free to disagree, salad-chefs and -eaters) for one would love for us to distinguish ourselves to be more than what we're (delightfully for the majority, it seems) >infamous< for.

So, to those who may wander here and lurk for whatever reason, welcome! We're all good people here, no matter how unhinged we may seem. Enjoy your visit, and we hope you stay. <3

It isn't the firat time this place and / or a fic has been linkes to the outside world in a shippy context. Most who aren't interested tend to stay away. The biggest thing that'd most likely happen is that we get another influx of new members and lurkers.
If worse comes to worse, we can start spreading totally false rumours about us on the salad such as that the salad is a minexraft server just like mindcrack but composed of all the mindcrackers siblings.

I don't think spreading false rumors is a good idea, nor do I think it will ever be necessary. We've been here for ages and nothing truly bad has happened from being linked or known. There's nothing to worry about, really. (And even of worse comes to worse and we get trolls I feel we would be equipped to handle it) ;3
