Yes. Yes I did. I had to go to bed immediately afterwards though so I didn't get to scream about it in chat. I'll link it for anyone who wants to see it and just for the hell of it I'll transcribe the conversation too.

Seth: *sighs* Okay. Let me explain what happened. I've got Etho in the call with me, hey Etho.
Etho: Hey.
Seth: *giggles* Sooo I'm in a little bit of a predicament. Etho, I may have a job offer for you.
Etho: Oh?
Seth: Earlier you were saying that you needed diamonds, well, uh, I've got a job, um... Here's what happened. I was building a bridge in the Nether, aaand like an idiot, I brought everything with me, like my gear and everything, uh -
Etho: (smiling) Uh-oh.
Seth: *giggles*
Etho: I think I know where this is going.
Seth: I was, I was uh, I was trying to, trying to bring some mooshrooms back from a mooshroom biome, and I was building a bridge over lava and I thought, what could possibly happen? *giggles*
Etho: (amused) Uh-huh.
Seth: Uh, my sh-, my sh-, uh, my shift key just failed. It just suddenly stopped working.
*both giggle*
Seth: So, I fell into this giant ocean of lava, uh, luckily I didn't panic! Uh, well I panicked. *giggles*
Etho: (giggly) I-I think you panicked.
Seth: I panicked a little bit. Uh... *giggles* But anyway!
Etho: (inaudible)
Seth: But anyway, here's what happened. I fell in the lava, and I started taking damage - pretty slowly cos I have good armor on -
Etho: Mmhm.
Seth: I tried to swim to the surface, but that wasn't really happening. So, I logged out -
Etho: *sighs*
Seth: (speaking very quickly) Kay. I logged out and I logged back in and tried to swim up a little bit and logged back out cos you know you get like a couple seconds in before you start taking damage -
Etho: Yeah-yeah-yeah.
Seth: And then keep doing that, but I wasn't really making it to the surface, and I kept taking little bits of damage, then I remembered, okay, wait, I have a health potion in my inventory, so let me drink that cos I was only at two and a half hearts. So I logged in, got the health potion onto my hotbar, logged out, logged in, drank the health potion, so I'm at six hearts now.
Etho: *snickers quietly*
Seth: I'm - I'm in a lava ocean, in the Nether, I'm not too far from the big pathway that you built.
Etho: *continues to snicker* Right.
Seth: The tunnel going out to the new, uhm... Anyway, the job, should you choose to accept it, is to clear out the lava at my coordinates. I'll log in, grab the coordinates for you, real quick, and, uh... you need to clear out the lava, and then, and uh, bring me probably like a fire protection potion and maybe a regen potion.
Etho: *laughs outright* Oh man - for ten diamonds?
Seth: For ten diamonds.
Etho: Or I could - let you die. Hm...
Seth: Well - you know, I can go to the market, see if anyone else is uh, is willing to, to do the job...
Etho: *sucks in air through his teeth* That's true... Uh, I think I'll accept.
Seth: Okay! Soo the first thing we need to do...
Etho: You do have the coordinates, though?
Seth: I don't have them written down yet, I'm gonna log in real quick... *giggles*
Etho: Okay. You can handle it?
Seth: I'm gonna log in, I'm gonna yell the coordinates at you, I'm gonna scream em at ya -
Etho: K, got my pen and paper ready.
Seth: Got your pen and paper, and then I'm gonna log back out. So I'm gonna tell you the x, and the y, and the zee.
Etho: K.
Seth: Kay, you ready?
Etho: I'm ready.
Seth: Kay! Here we go! Uhhh, -18, 22, 40.
Etho: -18, 22, 40?
Seth: No, it was -8... something... kay I'm gonna have to log in again.
*both giggle*
Seth: Uh -814.
Etho: 14...
Seth: -814!
Etho: Uh-huh.
Seth: 22, 40. Also I just heard a ghast shoot at me. *giggles* So...
Etho: What did you say, 22, 40, you mean 22 y -
Seth: Yeah, 22 y, so I'm like, down in the lava... 40 is zee.
Etho: Okay. -814 x.
Seth: Yeah.
Etho: Negative, right?
Seth: Negative.
Etho: Okay.
Seth: *giggles* Kay, let me - let me log in one more time and we'll confirm.
Etho: Well, don't die.
Seth: Yeah, I know. I'm not taking damage as long as I do it quick. Kay. -814, 20, 30. 40, 40! 40 is the zee coordinate. I-I was taking a bit of damage there. *giggles* Hurry, Etho, you're my only hope!
Etho: *giggles* Aw man!
Seth: So uh, yeah, probably just clear out a couple blocks below that.
Etho: Is it uh, a deep, deep pool?
Seth: Yeah, I think it's pretty deep.
Etho: Pretty deep?
Seth: Yeah, probably just bring some gravel with you, you shouldn't have that hard of a time clearin out the area.
Etho: And you said it's... by my tunnel?
Seth: Yeah, it's by the tunnel. Uhm... like the zee coordinate is like 40 blocks away or somethin.
Etho: (crosstalk)
Seth: Somethin like that. Maybe a little more.
Etho: Okay.
Seth: Okay, cool, so uh I guess we'll *giggle* we'll check back when you got that done?
Etho: *snickers* Yup.
Seth: Cool, alright.

Etho: Alright, I think that's it.
Seth: Alright, you got it, you're ready for me to log back in?
Etho: Whenever you're ready.
Seth: Okay, so you've got, like a splash potion of fire resistance and splash potion of regen ready to go?
Etho: Of healing, yup.
Seth: Okay, heal, okay, that'll work. Um... alright I'll log back out real quick if things aren't... if things don't look right. Uhhh here we go! I'm on fire! I can't see you!
Etho: *throws fire resist* Did that work?
Seth: Yeah, yup, right, perfect.
Etho: Resist...
Seth: Yup, fire resistance...
Etho: Healing... Here's your regen...
Seth: Actually I'm at nine hearts, so, I should be good. I'm gonna be on fire for a long time. *giggles* Actually the fire resistance is lasting six minutes so that's good.
Etho: Huh.
Seth: And I can see him in my display, you said you were having trouble seeing my display? Okay -
Etho: Yeah, on the potions (crosstalk)
Seth: I'm gonna tower up, and uh...
Etho: You got blocks?
Seth: Yeah, I got a ton of blocks, I was bridging over, right?
Etho: Right.
Seth: And here's the big sea... (looks up at the bridge he was making to the main tunnel) I was so close!! *laughs*
Etho: You were right there! You fell off right there.
Seth: Oh my god. I think I had just run out of cobble? Yeah, there's no cobble in my inventory. So I had run out of cobble, and there was like a ghast nearby, and I was like "what do I do?" and I was holding shift on the ledge... Alright, well, thank you very much, my hero Etho. Awww - stupid - get out - (talking about the ghast) Agh. Okay. Oh. *giggles* So much fire! (ghast shoots a fireball) Etho get him!
Etho: You still can't see?
Seth: I - I can see... but I'm on fire still. See, the thing is I was - (fire wears off) oh there we go.
Etho: Got him.
Seth: I was sitting in lava for so long. I thought, uh, I thought it might - the fire might last a while, cos it kinda lasts...
Etho: It can last like a minute sometimes after.
Seth: (crosstalk) So... but we're good. Thank you very much, I'll have those ten diamonds for you soon as... soon as we're back in safety. Alright, thanks Etho.
Etho: Yup.
