USA prank update in Etho's video today, with quite a few hints...someone in the past has mentioned pranking all of Team Canada at once, and they recently gave away all their obsidian. In Good Morning Mindcrack today, MC mentioned the prank but that he regretfully was not involved.

Really, like there was ever any doubt...but it's definitely Zisteau now. Especially with that editing tweet. The real question is, who are the other members of Team America? Is the B-Team involved? Zisteau was pretty heavily on their side during the trial, though there's no B anywhere in his name, plus the B-Team needs to get back at Team Canada for the trial. Is Kurt involved? He owes Beef a prank. Is Guude? He mentioned a prank video recently. Is Nebris? Nebris probably does have an obsidian and netherrack stockpile because of the giant vagina he's building above ground. Is there even a Team America? Might it not just be a clever Zistonian Ruse?

Who do you guys want to be Team America? And when do we think Pause will release his video? I suspect Zisteau's won't come out until his does, since it seems likely now that he hit all three.

Damn it, once again, I was just about to post this myself. :P I'll just copy pasta what I already wrote:

The as of yet unidentified American(s) behind the latest Beef prank have also targeted Etho, and presumably Pause as well to round off Team Canada. Zisteau's still the most likely candidate as to who's behind it (Etho made references to Zisteau as if he knew it was him), but there's still the lingering possibility that there's more than one pranker involved in this show of American pride. My question is, why would Zisteau need to team up against Canada? He already has so much respect as a solo pranker. And why did those responsible conceal their identities?

Obviously we won't know for sure until the setup video is released, which I assume won't be out until all of the targets have posted their reaction vids.

I know a lot of people were speculating about the nether/portals, and it made me wonder if all the portals were in hopes that zombie pigmen would spawn in the overworld so you'd almost think Zisteau was right there or something. If it's not Zisteau, it seems like someone trying to frame Zisteau, and I just don't see that. So I think it's Zisteau.

EDIT: Etho's attempt to do Pause's small-voice "Beef?" is really adorable and unexpected. XD

Do you think it's just Zisteau, or do you think others are involved? Why would he not just say it was him on the signs? Unless...

...Unless he wanted to make it seem like Team America had formed, but when the time came to reveal, he'd take the credit of an entire, made up team.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's just Zisteau taking credit for being the entire team, and as for why, because the speculation would be gloriously fun. But if it turns out to be more than just him, I also won't be surprised...

I'd go with this theory. As much as I really want it to be Single Malt, it does fit Zisteau's style to have part of the prank be the speculation about who it was. A meta-prank? He'd definitely have left his name otherwise.

And to actually respond to you, the B Team would make for an interesting twist. They did seem suspiciously patriotic during their recent livestream, but if it was just them, they would have signed it as the B Team, so if they are involved, they must have collaborated with someone else (and again, Zisteau's the most likely candidate). Hmm...

Okay, new theory. It's Zisteau plus different people for each prank on Canada. Beef: Zisteau and Kurt, because Kurt owes Beef. Etho: Zisteau and B-Team, because... just because B-Team. XD

So Pause will be Zisteau and... hm, who owes Pause some payback? Guude? Millbee?

Guude owes pretty much everyone at this point, though, doesn't he? I wish MC hadn't debunked himself, because MC has his reasons (re: repeated livestream trolling) as well. Nebris, just to get back at Pause in general? SO MANY POSSIBILITIES.

A giant Guude prank, now that would be incredible. I've been going back and watching Guude from the start and now I kind of wish he'd cover everyone's houses in gravel...
