That line about Nebris, OMGDED. Not only what he said, but the way he said it -- guh. Seriously, I'm six feet under, you'll have to dig me up.

And Zisteau and his signs. Feeling a little bit territorial, pigman? If only he were territorial *about* Etho instead of because of him ... oh well. :D

On the non ship related side -- that was really quite a fight, with both sides having killer armor and weapons and (I think) both with regen as well. The poison made the difference. MCGamer was funny in his stream about it, too (at least at first, later he seemed almost over the whole thing, so different from Nebris). "No, Etho, bad touch!" or something like that. Lols.

It is pretty amusing how different MC and Nebris are in terms of their reactions to the death games. Where Nebris would have been flipping his shit in the best way possible, MC sounds somewhere between mildly perturbed and exasperated. He just matter of factly notes, "He really needs to stop doing that." Heee.

I found MC's reaction a bit disappointing, to be honest. I watched Etho's POV first and he's so into and excited and having so much fun, and then MC's just like "Ho hum, get off my house, yawn." He just seemed so bored and uninterested in the whole thing, not trying to play it up or anything at all. It's weird to me, since you'd think he'd want to for the viewers. MC's always been a bit of a playing-it-up personality. I'm really surprised how lackluster he was. :(

Etho was great fun, though, and did very well. And the signs and the shop stuff are hilarious.

I believe this was around when MC was starting to feel under the weather (which culminated today in him skipping both Good Morning Mindcrack and Ocarina of Time, a rarity), which may explain a lot. I'm sure chat was being a hassle as well, though usually MC can handle that more graciously.

Maybe so. I was expecting a more enthusiastic response too, but I didn't want to blame the guy for not being very into it that day for being tired or sick or whatever other reason there may be, so I'll take what I can get.

Oh yes, I was going to post this if no one else did. It had me cackling madly the whole time. The death games finally continue! Now Nebris is going to be doubly paranoid knowing that Etho's back on the hunt. And Zisteau's nether fortress signs! I can't help but wonder, with Zisteau pitted against Etho at the trial, if that has anything to do with his unwillingness to play nice even now.

And I can't wait for the B Team to release a new video. Their essentially peeing on Etho's territory with the shop is the first thing I've seen of them since the trial.

Pissing contests all around! I love that they stuck the shop right in his face like that, covered up his beacon, AND built the thing out of gravel and netherrack, the two ugliest blocks in the game this side of bedrock.

However, that was not unprovoked -- Etho did steal the lever shop first. At least I think it happened that way around. Check out bdubs stream if you haven't.

I thought this episode was hilarious. I watched the end of the death games on MC's channel first, and I actually couldn't figure out how Etho survived those falls when MC died to one despite his feather falling boots. I assumed that Etho had ender-pearled to the ground during his fall or something, but to my surprise he just seems to fall and then splash a potion on himself. Such a warrior ninja. I hope that the final ending of the Death Games is drawn out for a while, as I thoroughly enjoy watching Nebris's paranoia (especially because for several videos he seemed to forget that Etho wished to kill him, before suddenly boom, paranoia back in place) and I enjoyed his constant waffling between overconfidence and worry during his most recent video. I think it's also interesting that he would post a video of himself freaking out about Etho's attack without editing those parts out; I know a lot of youtubers would be embarrassed about thinking that someone was stalking them when no one was, but nope, not Nebris. Nebris is awesome enough that he doesn't care what people think about his paranoia. That's one of the reasons I adore watching him so much.

It also makes me realize that I need to write faster, as I've been writing a tribute piece to damnreddit's awesome Such a Noob... and I was hoping to get it finished before seeing the final battle. xD

My favorite bit was Etho's reaction to jungle grass... His voice was so cute when he was admiring the intense green color!

There's definitely a lot of fic fodder in this episode, but I'd love to see a scene where Etho shares a tender moment with someone in a patch of jungle grass. =P
