An early one for a change. :P

So, I have a topic/question for you guys. I'm just lurking about in MC's livestream (Mindcrack at Dusk!) and among the random questions in the chat is 'If you had to marry one of the other Mindcrackers, who would it be?' His answer was Kurt (similar outlook on life, both asocial). First, AWWWWWWWW; and secondly it got me thinking. MC/Kurt might be a more non-obvious pairing, but I can see it working.

So, what other non-obvious pairings are out there, and why might they work? What's lurking outside of our various headcanons? :)

EDIT: totally didn't see the why would they work :P well they are pretty much polar opposites and I want to see them do a coop! THEY WOULD BE SO GOOD TOGETHER! I'm going to stop now.

I don't know about "non obvious" pairings in the way you mean it, but I do have some embarrassing crack pairings that should never ever happen, as well as existing ones that are occasionally acknowledged but don't get enough love in my opinion.

I'm not sure, since I'm down with all the obvious pairings, though I don't exactly know what qualifies as an obvious pairing. Like, are BeefxKurt and DocxEtho obvious? I'm not sure. Honestly, though, some of the most obvious ones are some of my favorites (read: Single Malt Scotch), while the non-obvious ones just don't have evidence enough for me to always get into them, so they're just kind of crack pairings.
I'll still answer the question though: Nebtho with Nebris topping, AnderzxDoc (Docerzel? I don't know, man), BdubsxGenny, and for the love of Notch, someone with Avidya

Hm, I think a 'non-canon' pairing might be Arkas and Zisteau. Both do large scale builds with high standards... It could work. :3
