 It's Sunday evening here so it's got to be Sunday somewhere else in the world, right? In terms of topic, I'll have to restrain myself and not say Nebtho (unless you want to talk about Nebtho because really, you all secretly want to), so instead, things we can talk about include PAX, Minecon, and 1.7. Of course, anything else that's interesting makes great conversation too. :D

I'm really wishing I could go to Minecon. But unless a ticket falls from the sky, I'm not going. A ticket and gas money, since logistically speaking, I'd likely have to drive and sleep in the car.

I might have given it some thought.

PAX would be nice to attend, but same sort of deal, alas.

Yes. I am also very keen to see what Beef looks like. During minecon I will be stalking the subreddit and twitter like crazy looking for pics.

Boohoo ;-; I wish I could go to Minecon and/or PAX. Alas, even if money started rain on me, I still wouldn't be able to go... Dang school.

On the bright side, there's a picture of Gavin Free and Kurt roaminf around and I'm asploding of happiness :3

Woo, 1.7! Don't really think the flowers are all that great but looking forward to those new biomes! \o/

Not much to say about the conventions. I only get my news through the reddit, not twitter, so I don't see as much, generally. They look pretty fun, and I'm sure the guys have a great time, but... Mweh...People. I'm so super stoked for the new biomes, though. In other news, which might be interesting, It's my birthday, possibly, I feel like the only one here in EST, so I don't know if it still is for y'all, but it's Sunday morning here.

I had always wondered about Nebris being the dominant one.

Wish I could go to Minecon. But as usual, money and school and all things as such just don't seem to like the thought of me going so I am left stalking any form of Internet looking for pics.

I'm really excited for 1.7. Haven't exactly kept up with what's being added but I do know that UHC is going to be cool when they do end up doing it in 1.7.

I'll be going to Minecon this fall, which will be my first time at a convention... ever! I'm extremely excited. I'm not really sure what people do at conventions (see exhibits, ect?) but I am looking forward to seeing all of the Mindcrackers! My sister will be coming with me, and she's really into Minecraft, so I imagine it will be quite fun.

Also, Good Morning Mindcrack is back! GMM was one of the first Mindcrack shows I ever watched, and I'm so thrilled that it's back.

I somehow got into Van's Sims 2 let's plays, but it's kind of a mixed blessing, because I love it and want to talk about it, but he gets like less than a hundred views per video, so there's no one to talk about it with. Mostly I just want there to be fan fiction about it, because I have so many ideas for dramatizations of Mike Combs' impoverished days digging endless holes in his yard and cracktastic slash pairings and all kinds of stuff.

Write a primer, then start prompting for fanfic?

I keep meaning to get into Van's Sims 2 stuff as I played that game myself for quite a long while, but I keep putting it off. :(

He recently started a new one with only two episodes so far if that would be easier to get into, plus it'll probably be shorter overall. It's quite different from his two survival challenges, but it's still a lot of fun.

Hmm, primers. I suppose that's something to consider.

The only real salad-y thing that's happened this week has been that a certain Torchbane has opted to hang out for a couple of days at my apartment while they drive back to South Dakota.

It's totally not Sunday anymore (it's Tuesday!) but I wasn't here Sunday...

- Really want(ed) to go to Pax and Minecon, but it'll be several years until I can travel independently and support myself to travel such distances. Plus, I need to get over being an acrophobe. :3 (I don't think I ever will.)

- Super excited for 1.7. Just waiting for the update so I can pop off to a new biome and explore new things. Yay!
