Fic - Halloween

Have a poem, my fellow Salad friends. <3


As the drapes were pulled close,
And the lights flickered on,
All the Mindcrackers in town,
Gathered at Spawn.

Arkas, with a night of entertainment,
BTC, providing the food,
Zisteau, decked out with all the tricks,
Along with Vechs, who had the treats too.

As GeneribB prepared the costumes,
And Bdubs swept the Hall,
Pyro zipped up his dino suit,
And waited for the call.

And at last the sun set,
The last ray of light dimming,
MC gathered up his lapis,
And prepared the Emporium for its grand opening.

At last, the Salad rush from their houses,
Each child offering forward a Pumpkin pot,
Happily chiming: "Trick or Treat!"
Each visited house a great candy spot.

But alas the night dwindles,
And slowly, so do the children,
Returning with full candy baskets,
Going to their homes, parents shops, and most importantly, Thero's Inn.

And so sleep the Salad,
The Mindcrackers too,
And bide all a good Halloween,
And a good night's sleep too.

Wow... Really good! I am terrible at poems. Last time I tried I started laughing because it was so bad! I' m going trick or treating tonight. This was perfectly timed!

This is awesome. I can't write proper poems since they always turn into raps halfway. However I still can tell a good poem from bad (my) poems.
