Hey damnreddit, you ship Etho/Zisteau, don't you?

Have you watched Zisteau's newest Mindcrack and his jabs at a certain ninja Canadian and his mining techniques? I think that just might intrigue you. Check after the commercial break. :P

I adore Zisteau. He might be my favorite of all of them.

What are your favorite examples of things to notice, out of curiosity?

Just finished watching this one. Z's reaction to the bribe of lava was amazing as well. Bed blasting! I imagine Etho watching it being like...bah, so much fire, he can't even see all the netherrack he left behind, silly pigman/TNT is superior :D

Oh gosh I'm terrible with looking things up on the Tubes. Some of it was server chat that never made it to video, though. There was a period a month or so back when they always seemed to be online at the same time in the middle of the night, and as often as not one would decide they needed to stop by to visit the other. Apparently they don't use Skype very much if at all, so I'd wake up in the morning and there'd be this whole conversation there.

Zisteau getting a kick out of insulting Etho goes back at least as far as the cave-cleaning prank. When he stopped by Etho's place before-hand to "get some slime balls", he called it a mess and said a nuke might improve it some.

Etho poking back at Zisteau -- in one of his videos there's a short segment where Zisteau is wandering around the blaze farm and Etho says something like "Look at him go" in the tone you might use to admire a baby who's just learned to crawl and is zooming around your living room floor. It's just completely adorable.

And then if you want to get really out in speculation-land, there's the Team Canada paintings prank, which Zisteau trashed hard, and the form of which was all Etho's idea. And there's Etho saying "why did he only kill me?" when Zisteau discovered them.

I think, stepping outside of fic-world for a minute, that they do both admire each other's talents a great deal and enjoy talking to each other about Minecraft-y stuff. Etho tends to express it more directly and Zisteau tends to tease. They're just fun.

Also, Etho's Mindcrack today employs a plethora of TNT and he mentions making a montage. Coincidence?

Sadly, they were recording at the same time, so probably yes.

HOWEVER, Etho did like Zisteau's video pretty quickly after it came out, so I envision that there may have been a "hey Etho guess what I just recorded" in there somewhere.
