(No post yesterday because yesterday was a terrible day and I felt awful. Maybe I'll make this one extra long to make up)
Previously on Isi's Mindcrack Mod Adventures:

I dub this place the Forest of Injustice! Because, it's Just Defy. Get it?
Despite my initial intentions to map the Cheaty Swamp, I've mostly meandered away for now. Trying to get away from the Forest of Injustice, I move north to enter a pine forest.

I found MC, but I feel a little cheap about this one. I found it difficult to see people in the thick trees, and I thought I saw a Guude at one point but couldn't find him again. That's when I tried fiddling with the render distance to see if I could see anyone while the terrain reloaded, the only time I've abused the loading quirk intentionally. I still couldn't find my imagined Guude, but I did spot MC on a nearby hill.

While moving MC south through the Cheaty Swamp, I pick up a straggler. I just let him follow. When unwanted animals decide they like my wheat, I usually give them a hit and they run off. But I've got a personal policy to not intentionally hit a Mindcracker at this stage in the game, so I'll just have to live with tag-alongs.

I put MC with Arkas. The spare Nebris is still there, but he manages to not fall in the hole with the others.
Continuing back north...

My first Etho! And another JD. It's like Canada up here. Though considering the spattering of JDs in this area, I consider this biome an extension of the Forest of Injustice.

Not wanting to move Etho very far right now, I dig a new hole nearby, and of course JD followed me. I'm now keeping Mindcrackers in three different checkpoint areas. I have to be sure to remember them all.

I make a note where I am on the map to make sure I remember where Etho is.

Nearly running off the corner now, but I'm finding people! Here's my second Guude. Time to put him with Etho.

He doesn't want to fall in for some reason. And the very first one was rather resistant to be boxed in at first. These Guudes, man. I'm telling you, they're wise to my ways.

A little bit of modifying and I finally coax him in.

Continuing along the northern edge of the map, I spot someone new. Zisteau! I thought it'd be more efficient to cut south to the center rather than double back to Guude and Etho, so that's what I do.

And now he's with Kurt! Team Single Malt Scotch hooo!

No on new here, but I thought this Nebris looked awfully suspicious next to that cave opening. I imagine he's plotting to build a secret villain base in there.

Okay, now I'm just being a tourist. I thought the terrain looked cool.

I think Vintage Beef likes the scenery too!

There was another Beef and JSano on the mountain side, but I pass them up. I just need one more Beef for my collection.

And safely dropped off with Single Malt Scotch. Don't mind their alcoholic chatter, Beef. I'll bring you some chocolate milk later.

This looks like a job for another tourist moment! *click*

For the sake of completing the map, I pick my way through the jungle. And it's paying off! But-- Mhykol? How'd you get up there?

It's okay. Just sit tight and I'll make you a nice safe staircase down. Okay?

Or... just ignore all my hard work and jump to the next tree so you can take fall damage anyway. That's cool too.

I come across another Mhykol near this cave opening. Great, now to just get them out of here safely.

Finding a safe path for the Mhykols proves more difficult than planned. Even making it out of the jungle (which, by the way, if you think they're hard to navigate by yourself, try porting around a couple oversized companions with no regard for their own safety. Not easy.), the terrain seems determined to stand in my way wherever I need to go. This wall of you-shall-not-pass stood in front of me like a battleship.

I had to make some pretty wide detours, but I finally made it back to someplace I recognize. I don't even know how I looped around to here with Arkas and MC, but I am not complaining.

I head back to my base, but I'm not ready to bring back so many new people right now. I-- Adlington, how did you get out? This isn't multiplayer. This shouldn't happen.

As I was saying, I wanted to expand my mosh pit first to make room for everyone. I even dropped the floor one to make it easier for me to jump in from outside.

Time to bring home my new friends! The closest batch was MC, Arkas, and Mhykol x2.

Now Z, Kurt, and Beef.

I had found this Pakratt while I was exploring the area the first time, but I didn't capture him because I had erroneously thought I already had two of him. Having been home, I noticed this wasn't the case, so I went back to find him again.

I'll keep him here for now, but I wanted to explore a bit more beyond the map first while I'm up here.
