So, um... sorry 'bout the SE spamness. This story has grown a ton. People signing up left and right, comments on the stories etc. And now, I have two other writers doing back stories for the characters. So, yay.

The point of this post is for my readers to have links to the back story, and for r7's and clash's to have links to each other and me, making this a more successful co-lab.

When each of us post part of Sem Equites, we'll link back here. I'll try to make sure I log in enough to edit in the new links, and hopefully if you keep this page bookmarked, you'll be able to find any chapter you want in seconds.

Shawn! r7 and I have an idea for an early part of chapter 4 (or maybe three if you feel like it fits). Our multi-colored escapades have become a long-standing thing since r7 said he was okay with leaving the colors on for another week, so we were going to do 1) a mini-series about it, and 2) hoping to get a fun description of our friendly alien robot covered in confetti in the upcoming chapters!

Are you still accepting new people to join, or is it too hectic and too many characters already? I missed the first post, and will be reading this fic, so I'm wondering if I can join in. If not, that's fine too, I can just watch the magic happen. :)

It is insanely hectic at the moment. But I can't speak for Zombi. So I guess we'll get you answered later today/tomorrow. But for now, if you want some enjoyment, just go read the Backstory info thing Clash set up's comments.

No problem, I'm happy to wait. I have been reading those comments, and wow is it mind-numbingly boggling. I commend the whole team of you for working through all this information to get it to all fit together.

I would just like to add that my character shouldn't be complicated to work out if you want to add me in. I don't want to make any more work for you guys so that you can get to the actual storyline. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with all this!

It's been insane handing all of this stuff, followed by rather important IRL stuff early tomorrow. I think we broke the salad record for soonest to 100 (and 200) comments, as well as possibly the most comments in an hour.... Dear God. Not to mention most of it was past midnight US time(s).

Speaking of which, I PM'd clash and asked him if you guys needed any help. I have a rather extensive backstory planned out, and have writing experience elsewhere. Also, you guys are swamped. I would be happy to help!

Guy, this is the best news! We'd definitely love help on any account, so feel free to write your own backstory if you want to make it the best possible. I just offered (which I now regret, but only about 30% of the time) to do them cause I wanted to (I remember when I did that. I should go back and slap myself)

Yep. Mostly that. Oh, and the whole Luke thing... Such a horrible mis-understanding....

Well, it's mostly dealing with the absurd tidal wave of comments from last night, right after a mentally straining discussion/explanation of writing concepts of balancing, power scale, and Making Danger Matter. (basically, why superman is a valid and good character, but not when used in conjunction with other people; and why you don't want him (or a person like him) in your story.)At two in the morning. I think if we don't get another hundred comments an hour, or God forbid and another Luke, we should be fine.

Though if that happens, help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have a cool and/or extensive back story, feel free to write it, send it to us, send a draft/story board to us, involve us (or don't) however you want, just tell us what you're doing!

Well, we don't want to make our backstory the longest and most complex. That would make it seem like we're biased (which we are!)

I guess not, though (based on the current idea) we would kind of be the persisting presence in the real world.

Yea. I thought about that. My character is vulnerable to anything a normal human is, but he can use his mind to summon flames and other things. I hope I could help with comment management! There are A LOT of them. So yea! Hope I can be of some assistance!
