Pre-Wedding
Just a thing I wrote in twenty minutes while watching a video.

Etho looked around the hallway, before ducking in a closet. After a few seconds, he sighed and slid to the floor. It's been days since he got some rest, and he just couldn't handle it anymore. He had thought a wedding was fun at first, but with the wedding in two days it was impossible to talk to Beef or Pause without them ordering you around to do something.
Slowly getting lost in his own thoughts, his heart rate picked up as he heard quick footsteps heading towards his secret hideout.
Pause ducked in the closet, ramming into Etho in the process.
"Ow shit. What the he..." Pause looked up and blinked.
"Etho?"
Etho raised an eyebrow. "Going somewhere?"
Pause sighed and slumped on the ground. Etho felt a bit bad for him. Sometimes Beef was really picky about these type of things, whereas Pause just wants to marry the man he loves. But that doesn't mean he can just hideout and let Beef do everything.
"I'm so tired." Pause sighed, slumping his shoulders.
Etho sat down beside him.
"And you don't think Beef isn't?"
Pause looked down in shame.
"I know I shouldn't just bail, but he's so strict on this type of stuff. I just wanna get married to my soul mate, is that too much to ask?"
"Pause, the wedding is tomorrow."
Etho stood up, offering his hand to Pause.
"Can't you just handle one more day?"
Pause slowly looked at Etho's hand, and took it.
"For Beef? Anything."
Etho pulled Pause on his feet. Pause looked at Etho.
"Thanks man," he said, grinning. "I owe you one."
Etho laughed.
"What's new?" Etho joked, as the two walked out the door.
