I'm certain there will be death messages in future matches. I remember there being death messages. I think it was even custom death messages, so it'll actually say "[person] pulled a VintageBeef." Direct Fire will be in 1.8 too. The people in this episode mention sprinting a few times, and looking at the date, 1.8 was released shortly before this match was recorded, but I'm guessing this map wasn't updated for 1.8, but the next one will be. It should feel a little more familiar, in any case.
