Reading over the Character bios, and they all sound so amazing I'm just losing it. Their back-stories are so well done, they're absolutely fantastic! Especially Zisteau's... I actually teared up a little at the thought of him being the last of his kind. And Pakratt running into trouble because of his religion... I can totally see that.

My votes for people involved would defiantly be Zisteau, Kurt and Pakratt, along with Etho, Doc, BDubs, Guude, Pause and Avidya (That's nine for ya). And you seem to have all their personalities down pat.
