Mindcracklove, I require your collective assistance! (calling Homestuck fans)

Hey y'all. Im feu, and hopefully soon im gonna be working on a fanfiction/fan adventure i like to call,
Mindcrack Plays Sburb!
So catchy.
Quick backstory if you have no idea what Sburb is check out this informative article.
So basically what im trying to do is kinda as it sounds, as in everyone is 13, team Nancy drew makes up the main kids, and 12 other mindcrackers make up the trolls. they play Sburb. romance happens. its gonna be epic.
Now, the main problems im having go as followed. One, is that I'm having trouble coming up with certain things. I marked those on a google doc ill share in a sec. Two, is that I sometimes have trouble organizing my thoughts so all this may seem a bit jumbled at times. :c

SO... To get down to it, This is the Doc. Feel free to edit it all you need, or drop me a ask on my tumblr if you would like to help in anyway!

Final note: Unless I get someone to draw illustrations, this may be a text-only fanfiction (as planned), or if by some amazing miracle I get a illustrator, a fanfic with the occasional drawing.

It's actually been years since I kept up with Homestuck, before it got super popular even. I'm afraid most of the references people make to it nowadays are things I don't get. Wish I could help more; I just don't know what anything means anymore to be able to contribute anything. And unfortunately I don't know if there are many other Homestuck fans around here. I remember one person talking about it a while back, but they've been inactive for a while.

That said, have a few various ideas for things I remember enough about to comment on: MC's strife should have something to do with either flint and steel or the bane of arthropods enchant. And TNT for Pakratt. I like spoonkind for Baj.

I think Zisteau might be more fitting as Battlesignkind (though I understand the trident reference, just a suggestion)

Also I'd love to help come up with their handles threw some handle ideas into the doc c: (also, if I get the time maybe I can help with drawings)

ETA: will the trolls also have relevant typing quirks? XD

I would like to add in typing quirks, I'm just not sure what ones fit who... I might have to make them random. I have some ideas though.

Finally, I might start contributing to this darn community! :P When I get my tablet working again, I'll be happy to help with the drawings.

Also, I like the Seer of Space for Kurt,but perhaps something different for his strife-specibi? Maybe leash-kind (sounds a bit kinky :P) or maybe something more light weight. I think Zis could be Mage of Time. I don't know, it just sounds right.

I can't explain it, but I think Nebs would make an excellent Host.

Love this idea :D I've not really kept up with many of the updates in the past few months but yeah, this could be fun! Pause seems to be crushing on himself though.

Zisteau perhaps should have his strife as signkind, may make more sense. Zisteau could perhaps be Heir of Void, makes sense with him being able to pull of huge things without being spotted. Or maybe Heir of Time. I like the idea of him being an Heir apparently. Knight is also a possibility, being that it helps use an aspect as a weapon to defend others. Then again he does seem to have the highest blood colour. Time fits well with Kurt's Space aspect, reflecting them being able to play so well together perhaps? Perhaps a little <> between those two?

Genny could be the Rogue to BDub's Thief, Genny being passive while BDubs is more active? BDubs could perhaps be...Thief of Hope? An aspect based around strong belief? Genny could be...Genny is hard I'm not used to his personality yet so I can't decide.

Suggesting Baj's aspect be Doom, it fits him quite well from what I'm reading up, judgement (the Trial), sacrificing to save others (thinking of the UHC where he dove in to save Beef from the dungeon of Zombies and died for him).

Almost wanna say Pause be the Bard of Rage or Prince of Rage since he's well known for that but Pause is very good at other things too. Prince of Breath? Fitting for a native perhaps? Prince is more active than Bard, which is passive, and Pause is not a very passive person.

Haha. I fixed the pause crushing on himself thing. Meant to say Beef. And oh yes. I might have a bit quadrant switching involved. :P
With the aspects, i still have no idea for pause. all I know is we need a space player on the kids's side, or we need the kids to join the troll's session.

Oh yeah, can totally imagine BDubs and Guude going through a serious quadrant shift, red to black. Inner fangirl pleads for maybe onesided Kurt/Zisteau red rom x-x Dang me.

It could be one large session, happens when maybe someone accidentally connects to the wrong person and then it causes a huge chain of them all getting dragged kicking and screaming into this game that is raining meteors down on their poor builds.

I don't know much about Homestuck specifics, but something has to be said about Genny having some sort of mystical ability to make useful things out of nothing (his redstone ability is crazy cakes, he created his own server almost entirely with people who usually would have nothing to do with standard vanilla, he freaking turns pigs into elevators) and/or his ability to charm the pants off of anyone and tell really crazy stories (as we kept hearing from Mindcrackers during PlayOnCon and Minecon).

Beef is probably more passive than active (not that he's completely passive, but compared to others in the group...). Something about resillience and calm in the face of danger and strife, and possibly also about cars.

Also, personally requesting some MC <> Millbee, especially after today's Good Morning Mindcrack on how they somehow can't keep in touch for Orange Wool, and their old comments about MC keeping Millbee organized and put together.
