With my remarkable lack of getting actual writing done (I'm sorry! I haven't forgotten though), I have been accumulating other rogue ideas, many of which I've decided I'm probably not going to use, but maybe some of you will find them useful. Feel free to use these ideas however you like, or submit your own.

-Tired of waiting for UHC? Write your own season! Maybe there was a Kickstarter to send them all to Hawaii (or in game equivalent), but it turns out to be a ploy to trap them on a remote island to duke it out for some perverse reality TV show. But who's behind the scheme? Could there be other secrets on the island? The players could team up in any way or do any other UHC variation you've wanted to see.

-For the Kurt shippers, he's said that he often can't sleep during a storm. Translate that into a cuddly in game fic, made especially poignant since sleeping makes the rain go away.

-Alternately, have something set on a clear night at a dark site in a remote location, ideal for stargazing, and perhaps other things. (I'm actually a little surprised these two haven't been done yet.)

-In a fic verse where bed respawn works as it does in game, it may actually be quite beneficial to share another's bed. Or not, if an outside character suspects something is going on.

I swear I thought I had more, but I can't seem to think of them right now.

I remember him talking about it in an old FLOB episode, and there was a question about phobias or something. No idea which episode, alas, just that he never liked thunderstorms, especially at night. I always remembered this because I, by contrast, love thunderstorms at night.

Oooo~ You come up with some really creative ideas! :) These are really cool!
I like the idea of writing a UHC season, it's just how you would show it... Would it be a single perspective or would it switch? Things like that play on my mind... though I have no time to write - unfortunately.

I would definitely have multiple perspectives for that kind of story. There would be so many interesting things happening to different people, and you couldn't convey all that from just one perspective. But I wouldn't write it like watching everyone's perspectives from the beginning one after another like what happens watching actual UHC; it'd be more or less a continuous timeline that jumps around as something happens to a particular person or group.

Yeah, I was thinking about how you could transition from one to another... I guess that each time a name is mentioned as a thought or if they've been seen, it switches to the other's perspective to see how that works and sometimes it switches rapidly, kinda like how there is the rapid thought exchanges in TV shows where is almost feels like a 3rd person perspective (in the writing version of this)
Does that make sense?

I wasn't thinking anything fancy, just stay with one character for the duration of the scene, then switch to the next scene with a new character, with page breaks in between. But that could make for an interesting format too.

Oh that's right, I had forgotten Kurt was afraid of storms. I'll just file that away for later. :>

You know, I never thought I would want to write gratuitous fluff just for the sake of being goopy and adorable, but now you've got me thinking.

Poor Kurt, being stuck with the storm because he can't sleep. :/ And dogs often dislike storms and tend to hide during them. I can't help imagining Kurt and Wolfie huddled together under a table waiting out the night.
