Turtles or humans.

Guude and Bdoubleo finely meet, but with some unforeseen circumstances can they actually fulfil there promises to themselfs and forgive and forget?

***Part 7 of the fanfic but this is split into two 'sub chapters' one for Guude and Bdubs one for our lovely Pause and Beef.***

Guude

It was getting dark. He had been heading north east for ages and was close to he coordinates on the letter. His solar helmet had been handy keeping his jetpack charged but now it was beginning to fail as it grew darker. He was a long way from spawn. About a weeks travel on foot, but his jetpack had sped the process up. Maybe I should double check where I'm going.. Guude spotted a tall tree and landed on it, he took of his bag and managed to stick his torch into the leaves of the tree beginning carefully so it would not spread.

I'm hear he scratched his head looking at the map he had marked off and consulting his compass. He was only 50 odd block out but it was deserted, it was just a big forest and some lakes..

Off to the distance there was the beginning of a desert and a wastelands behind and some jungle.. Maybe someone had been tricking him.. He frowned failing to see why anyone would bother to go to the effort while they were busy with projects. He sighed and began to pack up his map and compass into his bag I will just have to make shelter, sit out morning and let my jetpack charge abit before I head back his stomachs growled.. Maybe some food too.. He grabbed a few cob o' corn and began eating as he flew from the tree and began to wonder trying t find a area to set up camp. Eventually he found a flat area by one of the lakes and began setting up a fire to give some light and hopefully keep monsters away. He didn't feel like fighting anything, he just wanted to get back and continue with his turtles now. He had hoped for a fresh start which only turned out to be a ill taste of a prank.

He prodded the fire with a stick lost in thought as a large crash woke him from his daydreaming to a sodden fire that was spewing black smoke as it was extinguished by the rain he turned and saw his bed soaking great. Just perfect...

He began walking he carried his torch In his left hand and his sword in his right to fend off any creepers, he dashed for. Tree to tree trying to keep his light sorce dry eventual the trees thinned, he was struggling to ove fast enought to stop the rain. He was soaking wet, it was cold too, being so close to a taiga biome.. He wa tired and getting hungry again.. He lent against the last large tree he had found.. He looked around nah...can't be, it's the idle of nowere.. He spotted a light,, it was faint thought the leaves of the trees but it was visible.. It had to be only a Minuit walk.. Not like I have much choice right now is it? He looked around one last time to double check this was his only option he threw down his torch and ran with his bag through the wind and rain towards the light...

Bdoubleo

He had no idea where he was. But he was thankful. He had good weather and his jetpack ended up getting him hear far earlier that he had even had time to build a shack in case it rained.. Well he was a builder first and foremost, he could survive the wilderness he just preferred a roof over his head and so he protection from monsters other than fire and lights... It was small, nothing fancy just a log cabin from some trees he had cut, he had set a Fire outside in hopes it would stop a lot of monsters coming about and his bed was inside the shack. It had a bed, chest and a simple power set up to charge his jetpack and electrical equiptment. There was still enough space for him and probably 2 more people...

He looked out the window as thunder struck watching as the heavens opened.. Wonder where he is.. Maybe it was a joke? He wondered. At least he was out of the rain he glanced outside quickly as more lighting hit nearby he though he had heard a cry... Maybe it was just a bird? He moved slowly o the door being careful to listen for more of the sounds.. He jumped as something crashed against the door.

"Is anyone here! Hello..." Guude yelled banging on the locked door, the fires had went out around hear but the light inside had still gave off enough light for him to make his way there he moved away from the door as he felt something move a lock behind it he stood back and could only stare as the door opened to a shocked Bdoubleo

He came? It wasn't a joke? He felt his stomach drop As he noticed Guude staring back..

"It's wet y'know... Couldn't let a guy in could you...?" Guude stung slightly.. He was cold and soaked he was sick of the rain.... "... Sorry but it is..." He replied quickly as he saw Bdubs face flash anger.. He moved aside to let him inside flooding the floor with the amount of water on him.

"Fires there, go use it..." Bdubs replied.. He didn't know what to say.. It was far too awkward. Somehow he still felt like it could be a bad prank.. Guude didn't seem like apologising to him. He most certainly wouldn't.. It wasn't his fault.. He watched as Guude sat in front of the furnace he looked ridiculous in those wet clothes and his hair plastered to his face...

Guude saw the smile that passed Bdoubleo as he looked at him he was curious though "So. What are you doing all the way out hear?" He asked trying to stay civil.

"Waiting for something.." He replied looking out the windows again, it was the truth just not all of it. He still wanted his apology.

"Like what..."

He shrugged "well what are YOU hear for detective?" He sighed sick of being questioned. Guude shrugged slowly trying to think of a better excuse than his. Didn't come hear to lie did you... He looked at Bdubs as he pulled a letter from his pocket and threw it to him he caught it in midair. Must be that damn Basketball he's been playing, Guude rolled his eyes. Only Bdubs would have the flair to not just pick it from the ground..

"Huh? Who wrote this..." Bdubs asked.. Puzzled it said the exact same as his, he dug through his pockets to find his own letter and gave it to Guude "something is going on hear.." Guude only he to look at the letter and nodded but looked up again

"So you weren't planning on apologising no?" He questioned as Bdubs turned slowly "me? i thought you where. I have nothing to apologies for..."he said tensing.. He knew what was coming... Looks like he had got his hopes up again...

"Me!? Why do I have to apologise. You where the one who was asking like a immature 5 year old.." Guude raised his voice over Bdubs. Glaring. All His hopes for this meeting suddenly dripped away with the water..

They stared at each other as Bdubs clenched his fists. he was beyond angry. Could Guude not just see he had cared? Was that such a bad thing. Obviously it was.. "Different if I was ignoring you huh Guude? Do you like the feeling now then? Getting ignored. I know fine well your just jealous.." he shouted he couldn't help it now. if this was going down it was staying down this time. "Beef told me about how you would always go on about our B team! I know I was always floating about seen you keeping way from people. It hurts when. People you love don't care anymore doesn't it! Well you know what I am, sick of it. "

Guude was in shock. he hadn't heard Bdubs this angry before, he finally came threw as he heard beef.. what the hell did he know.

"Well stuff Beef! I don't know what he told you but he's just being a ass Iike you! Grow up and just spit it out Bdubs or just to run home toyour precious Generik" he stood up readying himself as Bdubs walked closer... They stared at eachother glaring. Bdoubleo just shook his head mumbling

"y'know maybe I will. At least he appreciates me, cares. Have a good life Guude. God knows I won't be in it" he shot him one last spiteful look and picked I his jetpack and his bag and walked out the door slamming it and ran into the rain...

He paced back and forth outside the house wondering what he should do I don't want to go back this quick.. Maybe I should just go set somewhere else up he glanced about as he rain began to fall harder and the sky grew darker as more clouds blew in - great.. Matching my mood huh? He began walnut away from the house across the other side of the lake - Guude watched him go thought the windows try g to remember what just happened you fucking ideot!!! Didn't you say it was both your faut and you've just blame him again! Guude sat on the floor kicking himself mentally for being so stupid you have to go after him... You can't leave it like this.. Friends at least... He looked around to see if rare was anything useful he could borrow. He too, some coal from the furnace and made some torches from his last few sticks and collected his things my map! I've lost it.. Must've been when I ran hear he facepalmed... Well I won't be home anytime soon! He sighed and ran out he door closing it as he left

Guude

He ran thought he forest he couldn't see anything in this darkness he winced as a branch hit his check and some kind of thorn cut his arm, he placed a torch on a tree trunk and looked for any familiar scenes. He tired to listen but the rant. So loud. The lighting too.. He was panicking. What if he's lost too, then we are both screwed! He ran to the next tree and placed a torch as he went when he saw his map, it was trapped in the tree, or was it his? He collected some dirt and quickly built up to it and placed a torch while he studied it keeping a firm grip on to it in the wind as he saw a unfamiliar structure on it with the coordinates scrawled next to it... It's Bdubs.. He has to be close.. must've blew out of his bag.. He held onto the map and began running facing the wind as it had to be where he map blew from. He t on his jetpack and tried hovering above the trees to see if he was flying instead of walking. He still didn't see him

"Fuck... Shit!" He turned towards the shouting... It was close he winced as he heard a creeper blowup. So he hadn't found him but the monsters had... He began flying in the direction of the voice the wind had started to die down and the rain as now a light shower.. At least he could see now..

He saw Bdubs walking through a small trail in the forest, a huge hole behind him, he was limping sightly, he sped up shouting

"Bdubs!" He looked around and saw guude flying towards him.. don't bother me.. he turned and continues walking increasing his speed "Bdubs.. God dammit wait!" He was getting frustrated he spent 10 minutes trying to get a response from him and decided to land. "Will you talk to me now!?" He sighed as he walked behind Bdubs

"I don't want to talk. You made your choice now go" he replied quietly his voice was venomous he refused to look at Guude

"So did you, your going the wrong direction though. Isn't your bace east from hear." He pointed out quietly only to be returned with a glare

"Get lost Guude. You don't need me, I don't need you.. I get it" he shifted his bag on his shoulder and continued walking at a quicker pace staring right ahead Towards a mountain area.

Guude was just getting frustrated.. He did know how he felt now and all what he deserved

"Look B.. I'm sorry.." He burst out grabbing his friends shoulder "are we good now?"

Bdubs turned slowly. "Your sorry huh?" He laughed and looked at him haughtily, " you honestly think sorry is gonna sort all this!" He waved about and subconsciously ended at his chest.. Guude knew. He had blown it.. Maybe... But I've got to try...

"War will make it right!? Tell me for god sake and I will do it! I'm apologising for pity sa..." He was cut off as Bdubs pushed him into a tree he grabbed his hands and looked at him.. It's been awhile hasn't it.. He sighed not seen this determination in awhile anyway... He stared back as Bdubs replied

"I honestly don't know Guude. Nothing probably." His voice was shaking as he tried to still all his thoughts

"Wel..."

"Just shut up and listen for a change will ya?" Guude fell silent trying to fight Bdubs strength with his own. "You know. All I wanted was for you to give a hell about me. You have no idea how horrible it is to just get abandons like that do you?" He questioned seriously as Guude looked Down, he did.. Now he did anyway...

"We seen each other plenty though. I mean we lived next door didn't ..."

"But what did we DO? How many times did I suggests we go exploring or caving, yeah we did some vech maps but Its Iike you never wanted to be seen with me" Bdubs challenged eyes closed and he tried to control himself from punching someone...

He grabbing Guude's wrists tighter causing him to wince at the sudden pressure.. He looked up they were face to face now he could see Bdubs shaking.. He tried pushing him back abit.. "I know fine well I'm not Good enough for you.." he felt guude trying to push him away,

yup... he sighed and loosened his grip and let go.. he turned away "So... ? just go.. Get someone who is actually worthy.. I've got my own stuff to worry about now.." He began to walk away as Guude rubbed his wrists slightly to ease the slight pain how was he that strong. I couldn't even move him.. Guude stood watching his friend walk away as he thought about what was said.. I guess I was scared.. I didn't want anyone finding any weakness.. I'm the leader in not meant to have one.. I'm meant to support everyone.. He took a few steps forward stopping..

How can I support myself if I can't even admit this though.. He was confused... He didn't now what he should do.. Guude looked around hoping for something for something to tell him what to do he looked at his bag on the ground and shuffled through it... He found Wilson, the turtle he had brought from spawn.. He picked it up and held it "what should I do guy... I don't wanna go all crazy again...but for that I need I'm don't I.." He murmured to the turtle.. He didn't expect it to respond that much of his was sane now.. But now everything as cold he didn't have a reason.. What was the point..? He looked t the turtle and back to his friends ever smaller silhouette in the distance... He put the turtle in the bag sorry guy.. I gotta do this.. And he ran...

Bdoubleo

He hadn't heard anything he had been in a daze.. He hadn't ever got that angry before. He deserved it though.. He had to know. Maybe now he will feel some regret? He sighed looking at his feet he walked following the path around the lake, it's was a nice place.. Maybe I should just stay out hear for awhile.. Build a nice house.. A few machines.. Maybe I will try that magic what-you-call-it. Next thing he knew he was the one against a rock face looking at a red faced Guude who looked like he had ran a marathon.

"What now." He inquired bluntly coughing from the winding the impact had done "I got stuff to.."

"No now its you turn to listen ideot." Guude glared at him and he closed his mouth and looked back questinonly

"I'm sorry. I was a Ideot.. I guess I was being a ass" all he could do was look away.. "is true.." Guude pleaded " i promise it is... I'm the leader. I'm meant to be in charge.. I just was scared something like this would make people stop taking me seriously... Maybe put you in danger." He gave up any strength in pushing Guude away so the working out hadn't done it Huh..

"You are a Ideot" he sighed.. "How many hardcore seasons we done!? I cold protect myself " he mumbled as Guude squeezed his arms to get him to look

"I know.. I just.. I didn't want you to get hurt.. I'm sorry. I really am.. You have to know how much I hated myself for telling you to go.. I hadn't thought you where serious.." He sighed "if anything I'm not good enough for you."

"Ha.. Oh yeah totally" he rolled his eyes

"It's true " Guude nodded "your a better person.. You were even willing to try again after what I did" he looked at him solomy watching as the rain began to get heavier again and drip through cracks in the ceiling of the hollow in the rockface they where in.

He shrugged... "This is what I get for being a ass too suppose... " he gave a small smile looking off to the distance and the rain

"How are you one now?" Guude asked " I was the one who was so stupid I didn't see anything." Bdubs sat down on the cave floor.. It didn't seem like they would be going anywhere soon, Guude joined staring out at the world. "Y'know.. I never actually forgot about you. I was always kicking yield for being such a ideot. I found out you had your b team and I flipped.. I thought you obviously never... Y'know." He shrugged letting it tail off

"Same.." He replied "maybe.. We should start a new page..." He grinned

"What about generik?" Guude asked

Bdubs scowled.. "It was his handwriting on the letters,, that's why I was so surprised.. His beeswax stamp things and everything.." He sighed "I can't believe I didn't notice it at first... Got to excited. obviously hoped we would just rip each others throats out." He chuckled

"Nearly did" Guude nodded smiling as he move slowly to grasp his hand.

He smiled.. This was all he wanted.. He put is head on Guude's shoulder as they continues to watch the rain, eventual they fell asleep like that without realising until the rain had stopped. But neither of the cared, got all the time in the world now.

Guude chuckled when the sun finale began to steam thought the hollow "you should come back to spawn and meet my friends " Bdubs looked at him questioning friends? Wasn't he a unsociable hermit that whole time " yup! Stewy, Louie, Hughy, Wilson, kurt the turtle" Bdubs rolled his eyes and chucked

"Love to" he smiled squeezing Guude's hand. All the time in the world.

Awwww so much emotion lol I laughed so hard when guude
