What would you recommend?

Lo guys! How you all doing?

So I had a friend over for a few days and when I was watching my Mindcrack vids, I happened to watch the episode with Pause, Beef and Anderz exploring the Twilight forest and getting their butts handed to them by the Hydra. My friend occasionally peeked over my shoulder to watch with me and once I explained which voice was who and told her Anderz was a 'Wiking' she proclaimed him to be a cutie. She later repeated this claim when I refound that clip of the B-Team where BDubs pops up through that hole in the Nether and says 'Any problems?'.

I don't watch Anderz, Genny or BDubs but I am now grabbing this chance to drag this friend kicking and screaming into the Mindcrack world. So now I put it to you guys. Do you guys have any suggestions of videos from these three guys that I could nudge her way and hope she gets hooked on? I've been disappointed in the past with this, since friend didn't seem to get hooked on Zisteau, Pause or Guude sadly.  There does seem to be hope with the FTB stuff though since friend was very pleased with the Thaumcraft stuff from Zisteau and Millbee.

Anyway, suggestions? If you can't think of any, why not just chat about your favourite episodes from people in the comments below, from any series!

I think the Trial and the events leading up to that would be a good Bdubs and Genny "intro" and also provide a nice in for Guude, Beef, Pause and Etho, at least. (And cameos of many of the others.)

Alternately/additionally, perhaps show her the UHC where Anders makes it to the end....

I actually showed her the trial before, though admittedly it was from Guude's point of view. I dunno how many POVs I must have watched that thing in now.

Which UHC was that again? I can't remember exactly.

His first--Season 6. (This is his first episode which is also just funny.) And of course the Doc/Anders UHC is great too, even if it ends prematurely, and it's a nice intro to Doc, etc.

Anders also did a good ABBA Caving Rules with Beef that could be worth showing... And if she like Bdubs, I'd try to get her into any OOG stuff possible. If she ends up liking UHC the OOG UHC could be a good one.

That first episode was some of the funniest UHC I've seen, though not for those who aren't a fan of swearing. Let us know how it goes. I've not had a ton of success getting friends into Mindcrack either, even if they're Minecrafters.

Legendary is a must. That's how I got into mindcrack my brother showed me the first episode and I've been hooked since :L

Battlefield style games aren't quite the kind of thing she goes for, and she's not really liking Pause much. Legendary I've referred her to in the past, I can't remember if she ever actually watched it oo Thanks for the suggestions!

Ooh, the Death Games. What month did that start, again? And Etho still owes Nebris a kill, doesn't he? Gosh.

A long time ago, I posted most if not all of the relevant Nebris links. They start June 30 (which makes sense, because I'll always remember MC killing Etho on the Fourth of July).

I wonder if the Death Games rules will start applying to Feed the Beast? Or is Nebris one of the people really pushing for the modded game because he's scared to get back into vanilla to deal with Etho? Hmmm.

Building with Bdubs is my favorite Bdubs series because I think it plays best to his strengths (building amazing things and telling stories of his life/giving advice). The old NBA 2K stuff is awesome too, but I know it's not for everyone.

I also follow vanilla Hermitcraft with Genny; the stuff before he was a Mindcracker is really interesting. It also "plays to his strengths" since there's a lot of funky redstone stuff (Hermit's Hurtin' Hurdles!) and Genny-ish humor. (Also, if she likes humorous commentary, she may fall in love with Joe Hills. There's a great couple of episodes early on where Joe tries to solve the Hurtin' Hurdles with hilarious results; that may not be a bad place to start.) Genny also did a co-op of Orcs Must Die 2 with Doc which I will recommend with great emphasis, because that series was underrated and Doc is one of my favorites, so nyaaaaaaaaah.

I am less helpful with Anders, sadly. ABBA Caving is probably the best way to show an Anders fan what other LPers are like, though!
